"This was the second room I booked, for a family of three – one twin room and one king room. The location is excellent, breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are spacious, and the TV is large. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus! The king room was a corner unit with windows facing south and west, offering great views from the 17th floor. The towels were clean, white, and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It was quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. During holidays, breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, so we slept in until 10 AM and treated it as brunch."

"Booked this hotel to watch the Scottish Super League (it's only a 10-minute walk from the hotel), and it turned out to be a fantastic stay. First, the buffet at the Western restaurant was amazing, and I was lucky enough to catch their crayfish special – my first taste of crayfish freedom this summer! Second, the hotel environment is superb. There's a park right out the back door with beautiful scenery, and I took lots of great photos of my wife there. Third, the hotel service was excellent. They provided complimentary soft drinks, and quickly brought extra blankets and amenities when requested. On the day we checked out, my child accidentally left their Wuxi team jersey in the room, and the hotel called me immediately and mailed it back to Shanghai. Overall, it was a great travel experience! (Though I was pretty annoyed that Wuxi and Nanjing drew 0-0 with no goals.)"

The buffet breakfast on the 38th floor has a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western pastries, local noodle dishes with various toppings, live cooking stations, and a selection of fruits and desserts. The window seats offer a stunning night view. The JIAXUN Lobby Bar, also on the 38th floor, serves high-altitude afternoon tea – a great spot for photos and dates, with good value sets."
