1. 5050房間裏，廁所很多地方的角落沒打掃乾淨，請自查，很多頭髮和污垢。
2.這個酒店前台不友好。
3.遊船碼頭的所謂領導很官僚，明明12點的船因為工作日沒有遊客，又因為下雨，在12點過了兩分鐘左右，就説關閉了，讓我們一點再來。其實就嫌人少，不想開船而已。等12點50我們又來了等一點的這班船，結果發現有另一個旅客1點01分上的船，真是看領導心情的管理😦。
飛馬水城作為海瀾之家的大投資，硬件很好，軟件上缺乏服務意識，碼頭竟然刁難旅客，真是寒心。

第二次來遊玩了！整個園區環境很好。入住的房間很大、很乾凈！樓下就是商業街區，吃飯、遊玩都很便捷。看完了焰火燃放就接着去看馬術表演。馬術表演非常精彩、刺激，場地豪華！騎手帥氣！580元的觀賞票很值！

房間枕頭髮黴長毛，客房服務極差，我家有孩子的，需要水沖奶粉，礦泉水需求確實會多要幾瓶，如果你房間內和訂單中明碼標價了，一個房間礦缺水限量超出收費我理解，我可以外賣礦泉水，我父親當天衹多要兩瓶礦泉水，被客房服務員打手態度惡劣的説你拿過了，還拿，！！！我的天，咋的還能貪便宜幾瓶礦泉水嘛？又帶不走！導致我們孩子中午就沒水了！大過年也理解工作人員辛苦工作的。逼不得已去前台找了工作人員反饋，才勉強送了四瓶！極差的體驗！！！不是幾瓶水的事。就是太太看人低了，也沒格局。

布藝沙發上還有殘留女人的頭髮，且穿短褲坐沙發，皮膚接觸到的地方會很癢，感覺很臟，後來都是鋪一條浴巾坐沙發上的。其次應該是這個酒店是私人老闆不像華住那些是集團公司，所以服務態度很差，前台年紀老且耐心值很差。這個酒店還規定不能帶有明顯味道的外賣進房間，説白了就是怕打掃麻煩，你去華住點外賣，人家都機器人給你送房間裏。這個酒店外賣要自己下樓拿。前台看到你就像看空氣，不如華住看見人就微笑打招呼。衹能説沒有可比性，佔了這個旅遊景區內的地理位置的紅利。我定的套房，地方還是很大的，這點不錯，陽台也大，就是為了節約成本沒有安裝門紗，容易有蚊蟲。床上用品有點濕氣，可能跟天氣及延水有關。使用的毛巾，是有破洞的，可見毛巾洗烘反覆使用了多久沒更新毛巾了。

環境極差，被子濕漉漉的，空調也不夠冷，四十度的天簡直受罪。酒店有機器人，但是不肯送外賣，這個年代了還有這樣的服務，太搞笑了。酒店沒有大堂，要坐着休息純靠搶板凳。早餐服務也很傻，高峯時間衹有一輛收拾餐桌的車，早餐品種更是又少又難吃，下次再也不會住。
