He displayed utmost professionalism, proactively upgrading me to a deluxe room (which was new, quiet, and had a thoughtfully stocked minibar). As I checked in close to midnight and most restaurant staff had finished their shifts, he went above and beyond to get me ice. His genuine dedication and warm service were truly impressive. A serious, undeniable flaw, however: On the second day morning shift, an older female front desk staff member (who didn't introduce herself) exhibited an extremely poor attitude. This completely ruined my overall stay. Such service is utterly unacceptable for any five-star hotel!
