"We had to leave to hotel and move to another one, since the room was extremely cold and air conditioning didn’t work at all. As soon as we realized that spending the night with rooms temperature near to outside temperature (11 C degrees) will bring us nothing but cold we called the receptionist. They entered the room but weren’t able to do anything, so we had to leave the hotel. Also keep in mind that the hotel is not in the nice district. There aren’t any shops, or cafe near the hotel. The receptionist and driver were very helpful anyway. They trying their best to support us with airport transfer, and deliver us to another hotel once we asked about it."

We arrived quite late and left early the next morning, so we didn't get to see the entire estate, but overall it was a great experience, except for the abundance of mosquitoes. Initially, when we opened the bathroom door of our room, a whole pane of glass shattered and fell off. Luckily, my husband caught it; otherwise, if it had fallen to the ground and shattered, the glass shards could have easily hit someone or my child, which would have been disastrous. Later, the front desk moved us to a larger room, which was much better."

"This was my fifth stay at Tianfu International Hotel, and my first time driving here. The check-in process was very smooth, from arrival to being guided to my room's building by staff. It would be even better if there were staff on the ground floor of each building to direct guests to their specific room number. There was an exhibition for a Sichuan gas system being set up on the day I arrived, so the main building entrance was a bit chaotic. The hotel grounds are huge, with a great environment, lush greenery, and comfortable small gardens. The rooms are spacious and bright, with pleasant floor-to-ceiling windows and very cool air conditioning. The bathroom functional areas are well laid out. The hotel breakfast was very close to my building. The breakfast selection was rich enough and tasted pretty good, satisfying my needs. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawbacks were that the hotel has been open for three years, and some in-room facilities showed signs of wear and tear, such as the showerhead, the vanity countertop, and rust on the bedside lamps. I recommend the hotel carry out repairs."
