滿意。在舊城區中心吧，音樂廣場就走兩分鐘，在兩線行車的繁忙主要道路旁。賓館在一棟舊式6、7層的“單元樓”裏。房間裝修新，清潔，面積小但設計有心思：電視朝向、窗台可放行李位的位置都很理想。樓下很多水果攤，平民食店，走20分鐘到沱江對岸摩登商場或這邊香港城就更多選擇了。近公交站，到簡陽南站，天府機場，城東客運站都方便。

跟着導航，來到一個小巷子，往二樓走，映入眼簾的就是目的地，簡陽鑫富勝賓館了。
進入賓館，發現燈光稍暗，取了房卡，一路走過過道，自覺過道稍窄，來到房間，插房卡打開燈光，燈光亮度還是可以的，衞生間就在進門處，撲面而來的則是一股異味，對於味道敏感的我來説，真的是要把鼻子塞住才能上衞生間呀……
在夜晚十一二點，打算休息了，把窗子關嚴，窗簾拉好，閉上眼，外面路上的車流聲此起彼伏，這窗户可以説是毫不隔音呀，整個晚上都沒睡着，説這話毫不誇張的呀，凌晨五六點，車流聲更加頻繁……
希望老闆以後有所改善吧，阿門

來簡陽出差 又一次定這裏 老闆還在好熱情 停車也方便 環境整體乾淨整潔 不錯性價比好 值得入住 樓下也是吃飯比較方便 走兩步有k2公交站去哪都方便

第一次來簡陽，選的房間根合我意。重新裝修了，環境好，前台服務超級棒。就是房間窗户打不開，衞生間有點反味，隔音稍微有點差，希望進一步改進
