27號11點到達該酒店後，前台説無法辦理入住，説沒有空餘房，也不給協調解決，讓等着！給攜程客服打電話後，客服15分鐘就解決了所有的問題，攜程客服好評，超級好評！攜程給協調完房間後，酒店説給升級了房型，住進去後和原來定的房間（攜程上顯示的照片）一模一樣。
房間新裝修的，設施很好，床墊舒服，衞生很好，佈局也非常舒服，但是有一股香薰夾雜裝修後的奇怪味道，聞的久了之後挺不舒服的。
最離譜的來了，28號前台打電話問了一下要不要打掃衞生，29號前台問也沒問，也沒有打掃衞生（當天回來之後，垃圾桶還是原來的樣子），真的很無語，第一次遇到住酒店還需要提前告知才給打掃衞生。
