The check-in experience was particularly bad. The room was shabby, the bed was tired and the mattress was shaky, the hygiene was extremely poor, the curtains did not block the light and the windows were not soundproof, the 5.0 rating was fake, a deposit was required for online booking to stay at the hotel, and the deposit was refunded and charges were arbitrarily deducted before check-in.
