個人認為比網上評分要高（網上個別極端評價不靠譜，這家酒店對外掛牌開元名庭），雖地理住置稍偏，但適合自駕遊，性價比高，早餐也不差，比期望值高，一次不錯的入住體驗（理解酒店為節約成本未啟用空調系統，睡覺稍感熱，還有三人房衹有一個椅子也太少，後借了一個塑料凳）。
酒店附近有一商業區，用餐比較方便，還有一個4A景點（銀杏天鵝湖），適合飯後遛達。
綜上，我給酒店4.7分。

嘉興奧體酒店入住體驗的投訴
我於五一期間入住嘉興奧體酒店（原開元名庭），此次入住體驗極差，遭遇諸多問題也未得到妥善解決。
在住宿條件方面，入住當天室外温度高達30℃，但酒店房間卻沒有冷空調，悶熱的環境導致我幾乎無法順利入睡，嚴重影響了休息質量，這與酒店所宣傳的帶有空調的舒適住宿環境嚴重不符。
衞生設施使用也出現問題。馬桶堵塞後，上門疏通的師傅告知不能正常扔紙巾，然而馬桶區域並沒有任何標識提示不能扔紙巾。維修師傅前來疏通時態度極為不耐煩，稱當天已通了很多房間，還指責我缺乏常識，強調當晚僅疏通這一次。我向其説明其他酒店通常允許扔紙巾且該酒店無相關提示，卻遭到師傅的回懟。這種服務態度不僅沒有解決問題，反而讓我感到非常不愉快和不被尊重。
此外，房間設施配備也不完善。預訂的大床房僅有兩個枕頭，而按照常規，大床房一般應配備四個枕頭。我於下午向前台提出需求，得到的回覆是房間訂滿，沒有多餘枕頭，且後續一直未對該問題進行處理，致使我在住宿期間無法享受正常的服務。
此次入住嘉興奧體酒店的經歷，讓我對酒店的服務質量、設施配備以及員工素質都極為失望。同時也希望攜程平台若能看到評論能夠介入調查，督促酒店給予我合理的解釋與賠償，同時也希望酒店能對相關問題進行整改，提升服務水平，避免其他消費者遇到類似問題。

小300的酒店做出這樣，也是沒誰了：
1.酒店內部很一般，和140左右的差不多；
2.拖鞋、牙刷，還得讓我去前台領取，就是幾十塊的招待所也知道提前放到房間的吧！
3.房間電話是擺設，我聯繫前台還得用手機打。
4.洗手間沒有排氣扇
5.早餐7-9點，我八點過去不算晚吧？全部都是涼的，雞蛋、粥、菜，幸虧有個熱麪現煮的。
我住酒店沒評價默認都可以，但給評價的就是完全看不下去了……近兩三年住過最差的，要是100圖便宜就算了，280的酒店就這玩意？洗洗早點睡吧吧。

從來沒有住過那麼差的酒店。進門連個保安都沒有，停車也沒人管，進門也沒人幫忙開門拿行李。前台兩個人很業餘，愛理不理的，連早餐時間都不告知，早餐9點就結束了，都沒吃上。還要求收取100的房卡按金。大門口屋頂漏水，走道都很冷，房間連個冰箱都沒有。籃球場羽毛球場過年都沒開，體驗感太差了，再也不會來。

房間整潔乾淨，床鋪舒服，比較安靜，空調給力，裝修較新LED燈光分區照明合理，一覺到天亮。
服務不錯，入住送水果，酒店與體育中心有合作，入住可以憑房卡游泳打球，送早餐，早餐品類齊全味道不錯。停車免費。
附近兩個路口有夜市小吃，超市小妹看到我手裡的超大的牛肉問價格後感到超值到難以置信…

房間、衞生間都比較大，比較舒適。乾淨還是蠻乾淨的。前台的小姑娘服務也不錯，動作蠻快的。晚上去周邊逛逛蠻好。早餐有現煮的麪條，不錯。總體是滿意的。

這家四星級酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓我晚上睡覺能有一個好的睡眠。此外酒店還有健身房，游泳池封等設施也很完善，讓我在旅途中也能保持健康的生活方式。
酒店的服務真的是無微不至，從前台到客房服務，每一位員工都態度熱情，專業周到。
酒店的位置也非常便利，停車很方便！
真是體驗到了一次愉快的出行，下次來嘉興再住這家酒店！

酒店房間乾淨衞生，細節很到位，服務人員特別熱情，幾乎都是有問必答，酒店還配備了游泳池，健身房，籃球場，可惜這一次的籃球場，沒有小夥伴一起打籃球，下次一定要叫上公司所有小夥伴，到這個酒店來打卡一下，來一場籃球比賽
