"Stayed in Jiaxing with my parents for a short trip. I have to commend this Hampton; even during Chinese New Year, the room rates weren't overly inflated. I really loved the scent in the hallway on each floor, it reminded me of hotels I've stayed in Korea. The breakfast selection was quite extensive for a four-star hotel. During the New Year, the dining area was very crowded. My mother has difficulty walking, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping us wait in line for a table. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if there was a sofa in the room and another chair on the balcony."

"Right by Nanhu Lake Scenic Area, next to the visitor center. The decor is quite unique, and the rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of amenities, including a small lounge area. The front desk staff are very welcoming. It's a great choice for tourists."

When my remote ran out of battery, they came to replace it even though it was very late, and they never entered my room without permission, showing great respect for privacy. **Environment**: The space is very large, and the bathroom is also spacious. For a hotel at this price point, the toilet paper in the restroom was even folded into a triangle for easy pulling! **Facilities**: There's a small round table, and the TV supports screen mirroring. "The hotel is right next to Yuehe Ancient Town, making it super convenient to visit. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant. The hotel service is great too; they even gave us hand-knitted bracelets during the Dragon Boat Festival. On holidays, they provide snacks, and the complimentary preserved mangoes were delicious. The only downside is that the bar next door is quite loud. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite on the second floor and could still hear some noise."

"There is no door or curtain in the washroom. You can just sit at the end of the queue. The central air conditioner in the room is very loud, which affects your sleep. Even if you order takeout and have it delivered by a robot, you will remember the wrong room. I still have to confirm it repeatedly. Under the circumstances, I called and asked, but I kept insisting that I had not received the takeaway, and no takeaway guy delivered it. In the end, I made a mistake and delivered it to someone else's room. Should hotels prepare more power cards? We know that you need to swipe your card to go up and down the elevator, so if two people check in, they can only go up and down the stairs together?"
