GYA Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Scenic Area Nanhu Tiandi)

I checked into this hotel by chance. The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, which made me feel very comfortable. What’s surprising is that there is also a tea break area with freshly ground coffee and hot fruit tea. It makes people feel clean and exquisite as soon as they enter the door. After entering the guest room, the lighting and layout are good. This is the most comfortable and best hotel I have ever stayed in at this price. In particular, the hotel has specially made a small card with a service guide, which contains many thoughtful services and a guide to nearby attractions. The location is very good, very close to Nanhu Lake and the tram. The environment is average. It is stuffy because there are no windows. There is a bit of odor. The bathroom has some problems. Overall, it meets the expectations of this price range.

Most of it is satisfactory, but the details are not so nice! For example, breakfast items were slow to be restocked, omelettes and fruit took time, bread and biscuits were also slow to be delivered, and there was no coffee in the coffee machine! There is a laundry room in the store. There was a small stain on my clothes and I wanted to wash it with soap, but there was no soap!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Nanhu Lake, and has its own parking lot. However, the room is a bit small, which is inconsistent with the 20-25 square meters written when booking. In particular, the shower room is too small and the shower head cannot be adjusted, making it inconvenient to take a shower. I have to complain.

I will never sleep in a windowless and non-smoking hotel again. The hotel says it is partially non-smoking but is actually a non-smoking hotel. When I first entered the room, the smell was actually acceptable. I didn't expect that the more I slept in the middle of the night, the smell would get worse. The smell of smoke mixed with other odors kept lingering in my nose. At 6 o'clock in the morning, I was hit by this smell in the hotel. When I woke up, I felt like my whole body had become stinky. I was really spending my money to get the hell out of me. I really learned a lesson, I can’t sleep in a hotel with no windows and no smoking ban. In fact, the place I wanted to go to in the morning didn't open until 9 o'clock, but if I went out early, I didn't want to stay in this hotel for a minute longer.

過來跑嘉興馬拉松，特地訂了離起點比較近的這家酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，比想象中要寬敞。停車方便，有酒店專用的免費停車場。前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，賓至如歸的感覺。酒店很貼心，提前至5點供應早餐，這個必須點贊。就是衞浴的門是透明的，沒有私密性，這個就有點尷尬了。
