Shuotao Rezen Hotel (Jiaxing University Nanhu)

As a temporary stay, the lady at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the deluxe double room on the 12th floor. Although the room is not very big, it is very warm and clean, especially the large windows. I like it. There is also a parking space in the underground garage. It's very sufficient, and the breakfast is okay. It's pretty good for this price range.

The lobby staff service is pretty good and the lobby smells good. But there are too many things to complain about in the room. First of all, it was strange that the toilet had no door. When I wanted to drink water, I found that the bottle of water in the room had been opened and drank. I was speechless. Then I found that the comb was in an empty bag. This shows that the aunt was really lazy in cleaning, and she didn't know how to replace the used things. The biggest thing I want to complain about is the air conditioner. The air outlet is at the bedside. It is super noisy, like flying on an airplane. I really didn't sleep well all night and was speechless.

As soon as I turned on the air conditioner in the room, I heard the humming sound of the computer. I wanted to change rooms but was told that there was only the last room at the end of the corridor. I thought I gave up and endured it and slept until two o'clock in the morning. The bathroom sewer started to flood and kept making a continuous sound. I really couldn't sleep when I stopped. Then I had to change to the room with the opposite door. The sewer was still noisy, but I couldn't hold it anymore. I put on earplugs and went to bed at ten o'clock in the morning. The renovation started next door. I was really tired. I didn't sleep all night. I bought breakfast and didn't eat it, but the front desk was very nice and refunded us the breakfast money after knowing this. But I didn't sleep well this night when I was traveling, so I basically didn't have anything to do.
