The room is very clean and nicely decorated . They kindly provide ear plugs, which helped a lot :)… breakfast has a lot of selections. The hotel next to a foot massage place, which is very convenient. Definitely will be back again when I’m in town next time .

Location of the hotel is very good. Nearby a local shopping center where you have a good choice of restaurants. There is also children’s playgrounds in the mall. And it is not that far from the scenery center.

The hotel in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, is very cost-effective. The breakfast is delicious, but the name of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. The foot washing city next to it has a bigger sign than the hotel and is relatively quiet. Recommended

服務：提前聯繫前台留房，入住時仍需等待超過十分鐘，它們酒店把很多房間訂給團隊，導致散客入住時存在重複開房以及長時間等待的尷尬和混亂現象
入住房間無牙刷紙巾等生活用品，晚上打給前台無人接聽，第二天早才接聽，有送來門口
環境：附近公園很舒服，環境很好在，房間隔音上下樓十分差勁，夜晚有人喊叫比較鬧心
設施：除了收拾的不好之外都挺好的

我全年出差➕旅遊去很多酒店，但是貴司酒店設施不錯，服務按照這個價格同行差距有點大。下面圖片孩子寫好建議，昨天一回家21點多寫到23.11分，希望聽聽小學生寶建議。我建議服務缺少温度。1.遇見客人熱情不夠。2.一早聽到前晚客人反饋説電視不能看，我想今天晚上修好，結果沒有修好，沒有補救措施，有孩子家庭沒有説明情況。3.晚上22.08分有事找前台，座機和手機打3個電話無人接聽，沒有回覆。希望貴司領導重視建議，其實我出發貴司提升服務。

酒店大堂很大氣，房間舒適乾淨；
走路五分鐘就是商場，吃飯購物很方便；
有停車券，對自駕遊很友好；
五一出行這個價格很nice，離嘉興南湖景區也很近，可以打個的過去，景區人多自駕沒停車位
