The standard and service is top notch, my booking came with breakfast. Food served was buffet style, offering both Asian and Western cuisines. I had a very good rest during my stay in the hotel, and will definitely be back again :) Ps, also received a small goodie bag upon check in, tqsm!

I accidentally booked a twin bed when I booked. The front desk was very flexible and helped to change it to a king-size bed. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is quite large. The pillows are especially comfortable. The service attitude is super good and very professional. They even serve tea when you check in. When you arrive at the front desk to check in, you will be served tea. It is a very heartwarming service. The robot delivers things very quickly and responds to any needs in a timely manner. Tea is also served when you rest in the lobby. When you check out, they will take the initiative to give us mineral water and tell us that it is hot and we can drink it on the road. It is very considerate. There is also a wall of books in the lobby. I am quite satisfied with the stay. The price-performance ratio is relatively high and it is worth recommending!

Parking and shopping are very convenient, and the surrounding Yaojiadang Park has beautiful scenery! The breakfast is delicious, the service is very good, especially the front desk receptionist, especially Miss Wang, who is very attentive, considerate, serious and responsible!

The room is very good, there is a canal park nearby to stroll around at night, the hotel is very close to Nanhu and Yuehe and some commercial streets, the overall feeling is very good, the front desk can also store luggage with laundry room or something.

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful night view. Opposite the Ferris wheel, there is a park next to it where children can play in the sand and slide. There is a large square, food street, commercial complex, and an oceanarium next to it. It is not far from every attraction. It is really good. It is the first choice for taking children out.

I think it’s ok, but I have to race early in the morning. The car is parked in the hotel parking area on the first floor of the shopping mall. I can’t get down by the elevator at 7:30. It’s locked. I asked the front desk to let me take the stairs from the second floor to the first floor. Upstairs, she would be terrified and dark with her children, but there was no exit on the first floor, and I walked from the second floor to the lobby on the first floor. I was going to compete on a rainy day, and I was all irritable! In the end, the uncle in the lobby sent me to the parking entrance, and I walked down by myself, I was so mad 😤

I don't know what the hotel was thinking. It was 25 degrees Celsius outside during the sweltering rainy season, and the air conditioning was off from midnight to 7 a.m., leaving the indoor temperature at least 27 to 28 degrees Celsius. I woke up at 5 a.m., sweating profusely! I went to the front desk and asked the person on duty. He was an older man, a security guard, who was sleeping. He said the air conditioning couldn't be turned on and I had to wait until 7 a.m., but there was no way it could be turned on. He then went back to sleep. I felt embarrassed to disturb him, so I had to go back to my room, feeling helpless! It was too hot to sleep at all! This is how it is for a hotel with a 5-diamond, 4.8-point rating on Ctrip. I rarely give negative reviews, but this time it was unbearable. To save on electricity bills, you should also consider the weather conditions! I won't go into much else.

I drove back to Shanghai during the May Day holiday and decided to stay there on short notice. Ramada is excellent in all aspects, with good facilities, quiet and comfortable, and good breakfast. The room is large and the surrounding area is very convenient. It is an old four-star hotel with a very high cost performance.

The hotel is very close to the food court, the Nanhu cruise terminal, and the Catholic Church, all within a 5-minute drive. We had a late-night snack that night, and it was the first time I'd seen a hotel offer free late-night snacks. It was amazing! Their wontons were delicious! Overall, a very nice hotel. I'll be back next time!
