酒店位置較好，位於濟南的CBD附近，但是CBD附近很多酒店沒必要非要選擇這家😓去萬象城非常方便，步行25分鐘左右，但是附近公共交通不便。酒店衞生狀況較差，下水道反味嚴重，還有小飛蟲從下水道飛出來。酒店環境一般位於一個公寓樓，和公寓上的其他住户共用電梯。酒店設施不像是200塊錢一晚的新開連鎖酒店，洗手盆下水緩慢，唯一好評的是電視可以看所有台。

説一下客觀的評價： 設施：酒店是新開的，設施都很新 環境：酒店在寫字樓集中的位置，這個地方可能還沒開發完，有一點點荒涼，但是可以免費停車 衞生：衞生沒的説，很乾凈 服務：前台的服務人員非常耐心，還細心準備了刮鬍刀

工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，來打五星，酒店是新開的，智能化設施方面非常完善，性價比很高。

非常不錯，新開業不久，也沒有味道，裝修好，前台服務到位，還有機器人送外賣，安全舒心，衞生環境絕對一流放心，唯一不足就是停車困難，但是周邊道路車流量少，可以路邊臨停，也有付費計時，相比於其他市區酒店也可以了，離山東博物館美術館檔案館和經十路二環高架很近。
