"The room was spacious and clean, not far from the airport, and exceptionally quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. They even upgraded our room upon check-in! We arrived on a red-eye flight, and since an elderly person in our group had difficulty walking, Xiao Chen at the front desk specially arranged for a driver to contact us in advance. The whole trip went incredibly smoothly! 👌 Highly recommend staying here without hesitation! 👏👍"

"Hospitality and service were good, but my room (6211) smelled of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room, and there were even “no smoking” signs in the hallway and room itself. The staff couldn’t change my room for me because the hotel was fully booked that night, so she offered to spray some air freshener in the room. Sleeping in that room was almost unbearable but since I only had to stay 1 night, so I endured. There were a decent variety at the hotel breakfast, serving Chinese cuisine such as porridge, fried rice with a few side dishes, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, yoghurt, coffee and tea."

"Booked two rooms for my elderly parents and kids. They upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us an extra power card. The room had six bottles of water, which was great. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes by bike or electric scooter to all the attractions, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The beds weren't too soft, so we slept very comfortably. I also liked the motion-sensor light in the bathroom at night."

I suggest not opening for business if it doesn't meet the standards for opening. Since I checked in late at night, I didn't have the energy to deal with anything else and went to sleep. I felt nauseous and didn't sleep well all night because of the pungent smell."

"The hygiene was absolutely terrible. Yesterday, I noticed the chair was very dirty, so I thought I'd use a bath towel to sit on while eating. When I unfolded a neatly stacked bath towel, I found some sticky, unknown yellow stuff inside. The cleanliness is really bad. Being in the corner room on the first floor, I could clearly hear the front desk staff talking on the phone. The soundproofing is extremely poor."

"This hotel is close to Quancheng Square. Even though it's right by a main road, the room was very quiet and the bedding was comfortable. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The family room was very kid-friendly, with special toothbrushes, slippers, a teddy bear, and a rocking horse that my child absolutely loved. It's about a 10-15 minute walk along Luoyuan Avenue from the hotel to the South Gate of Baotu Spring, and it's not too far from Daming Lake and Qianfo Mountain either. Breakfast was abundant, and the service was warm and welcoming. When we checked out, the hotel even gave us a souvenir with our names on it, which was a thoughtful touch. No complaints, other than it was a bit pricey during the May Day holiday."
