這個全季酒店我想為前台和早餐的阿姨點贊👍，她們工作的態度真的非常好，前台的幾個小姐姐是真的很有耐心；
因為旅途勞累早上起的晚了，過了早餐時間去早餐的地方用餐，廚房的阿姨看有顧客來了，雖然過了早餐時間依然面帶笑容拿出吃的，讓我在這個陌生的城市感到很暖心！

第一張是我剛入住使用酒店廁所之前，發現馬桶蓋是掀起上面有明顯尿漬和使用痕跡.第二三張是他們所謂重新打掃完之後馬桶的情況,客服第一天還承認是他們的問題.第二天在溝通無果之後就説我沒有證據，是我自己造成的？？主打一個翻臉不認人..這不僅僅是馬桶的問題，而是酒店整體的衞生情況非常差勁，管理不嚴或者看着乾淨就不打掃的表現 .作為一個連鎖酒店服務態度和衞生情況差成這樣。

每次出行都會首選全季酒店，房間，周邊環境都很好，人員服務也好，但是這家全季酒店的前台是沒經過崗前培訓還是酒店程序不會用？連最基本的服務態度和房間查詢都不會嘛
當天因有事情，於早晨七點左右離開酒店，十一點左右返回酒店，因個人原因，需要續住兩小時，在11:30分左右完成續住並繳納費用，返回房間後，因是臨時續住，並且當天是退房時間，房間沒有收拾，必需品也未補充，後續溝通後，酒店也提供了相關必需品，這一點還是很好的
但是酒店在12:30左右，電話聯繫，通知我我已經超過了退房時間，要求我立即收拾離開，大家都有出錯的時候，這個也可以理解，解釋清楚就好了，但是在我明確告知前台我已經辦理續住並繳納過續住費用後，對方直接扣掉了我的電話，最基本的禮貌都沒有
本來也不是什麼大事，但是明明前台弄錯了，在我解釋後，一句不好意思或是打擾了就解決的事情，直接扣掉電話是什麼意思，這是什麼服務態度？
這次續住期間，還好不是非常重要的事情，必須保證安靜的環境，要是重要事情被打斷，就這酒店的態度，真是令人擔憂
麻煩下次打電話讓退房的時候，先看看程序有沒有續住吧，發現錯了之後，説句打擾了，比直接扣掉電話讓人覺得還有點禮貌

衞生：衞生不錯，被子和枕頭我比較喜歡，是應該是羽絨的，高度和厚度舒適

這次旅行選了全季酒店，體驗超棒！踏入酒店，就能感受到大堂裝修簡約又不失高雅，暖色調燈光搭配綠植，營造出寧靜又温馨的氛圍。房間設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果超讚，衞浴設施也乾淨整潔，智能馬桶用起來特別方便。前台工作人員辦理入住效率超高，還細心介紹周邊好玩的地方。真的太滿意了，下次還來！
