Friends, please choose this hotel carefully, the service awareness is extremely poor💣💣💣 On the originally happy Christmas day of December 25, 2024, my good mood was ruined by the terrible service of this Home Inn. We waited for an hour in the cold winter night for the pick-up service, while the pick-up buses from other hotels had gone back and forth many times. I called at 7pm before the plane took off to tell me that I needed to make an appointment for a pick-up at 11:30, but the front desk told me to call again (and Ctrip stated that I would make an appointment one hour in advance. This was because the front desk was unprofessional. one) When I picked up my luggage after the plane landed (23:42), I called the front desk again. The front desk said they had sent someone to pick me up. But I never thought that this was the beginning of a nightmare experience. At 0:09, I had to wait for 30 minutes with no results. After that, I called the front desk again and waited for at least a minute before the call was connected. After I clearly stated to the front desk that I had been waiting for half an hour, the front desk showed no service attitude and told me categorically that the driver would contact me by phone, so don't rush me. (This is the second lack of service awareness at the front desk). Finally, I waited until 0:36 (54 minutes by this time). I couldn’t bear it anymore and called the front desk again. Only then did the front desk discover the problem (this is part three of the front desk’s unprofessionalism) and said they didn’t see it🤔 Finally, the driver picked me up at 0:47 (I had been waiting for 1 hour and 5 minutes) and there was no explanation or compensation, not even an apology. The breakfast service in the hotel is also a mess💩. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was almost no food left. Basically everything left was cold🥶. What should I eat? ? ? They didn't even tell me that the machine had been turned off, but the hotel claimed that breakfast was served until 9:30. The quality of the room is even more difficult to describe. The sewer is completely clogged and the toilet water directly overflows into the toilet area after taking a shower. This quality is seriously inconsistent with the newly opened Home Inn. I am a Ctrip platinum member and have stayed at Home Inn so many times. I can stay here this time. It's so unreasonable. It's a small knife. It opened my eyes when I stabbed my butt. The front desk has no sense of service, the room quality is poor, the breakfast is terrible, all the comments are supported by pictures, I have already called BTG Home Inn to complain, and it is impossible to choose any Home Inn in the future.

Home Inn Yaoqiang Airport Zhongde Industrial Park is really cost-effective. The room facilities are complete, including air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, etc. It meets all my needs, and the price is also very reasonable, which makes me feel like I get a great deal. Value for money! And the hotel also provides breakfast, which tastes good. Overall, this stay was a great experience!
