幫澳洲朋友定了兩晚。位置很方便，房間衞生和床品都不錯。整體的房間體驗是好的。
但是辦理入住的體驗非常離譜。前台工作人員辦理入住時竟然要求暫時扣留護照辦理手續。
辦理入住時前台説讓我朋友先去房間休息，把護照暫時交給他們保管，理由是需要暫扣護照辦理入住手續。
住過國內國外這麼多家的酒店，從來沒有遇到過/聽説過需要暫時扣留護照這種要求。外國人也好中國人也罷，酒店前台什麼時候有權利要求住客把自己的ID暫時交給一個陌生人保管。我可以理解你業務不熟悉需要多一點時間，但上來就提出要暫時扣留護照這種要求還是挺不可思議的。
好在我再三堅決拒絕下前台最後沒有扣留護照，但這個要求本身非常離譜。希望平台方和酒店管理方加強前台工作人員對於住客個人私隱保護的培訓。

地理位置優越，附近有kfc，可步行去趵突泉。環境優美，衞生整潔，就是開了暖氣後有點噪音，希望能有所改進
