Hotel room is clean. Concierge staffs 小魏，小刘，小于 and 小吕 were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done smoothly and fast. Excellent service and provided by them. Highly recommended!!!!

酒店環境幽雅怡人，位於紅石公園旁，酒店前台員工小呂、小李及客房劉瑩服務周到，幫我們升級了房間並送晚睡酸奶，客房整潔寬敞，床品舒適，晚餐的幹煸炒雞和涼拌嫩芹，早餐的羊肉湯口感不錯，值得推薦。友情提示：建議客房保潔人員以後馬桶座圈背面清潔加強一下下。

除夕快樂這天途徑萊蕪，選住萊蕪賓館。這裏的環境太好了，園林式建築，房間大，設施配套齊全，停車位很多，早歺非常豐富，最主要的是所有服務人員待人都及其熱情，由於我的腿不方便，大堂主管帶着服務人員幫忙拿行李，接送到位，歺廳的主管和服務人員也都很熱情，除夕的晚上在這裏我們還吃上了餃子，非常快樂，衷心的感謝萊蕪賓館的所有服務人員，下次來一定還選擇這裏。

萊蕪賓館顛覆了我對國有企業呆板官僚主義的印象，酒店服務非常好 甚至比國際上五星級大酒店都好，酒店坐落在繁華的大街上 但是很安靜，環境很好，工作人員微笑待人，發自內心 幫助客户，第一天我們到了 門口女孩子熱情幫我們拿行李到房間，大年三十晚上也幫我推行李，第二天要換個房間，一位帥哥拿着餐車幫我們運零碎的小東西 這樣我就不用打包了，到了房間他很仔細得把東西放在原位，真的很厲害，最後一天我們離店 服務員也熱情幫我們拿東西，中間我們還在萊蕪賓館吃了一頓晚宴，包房也非常乾淨很舒服，菜品也好吃。以後來就住這個酒店。

每次南來北往都選擇住這裏，房間好，服務更好，中午沒到就提前聯繫好並給安排好房間，尤其要感謝小呂，小魏，小王，服務非常到位，幫忙提取行李，推長者輪椅，並一直送到三樓房間，房間還安排好水和水果，酸奶都提前準備好了，服務非常到位，不得不説早餐也非常豐盛，尤其是羊雜湯非常好喝，下次還會選擇住這裏。

酒店房間很大很乾凈，準備的果盤很好吃，整體十分滿意，早餐三天有在換品類還不錯，酒店在各個細節上做的也不錯，到酒店有主動幫忙拿行李，前台小於小李很不錯服務態度很好，下次再來的話還會選擇這裏

好客山東在萊蕪賓館切實的體會到了，首先前台服務員小張，小於，小劉熱情接待，安排了最好的房間，並且積極幫忙拿行李，C區戴眼鏡的小妹妹也非常熱情，抵離酒店時，詢問住的怎麼樣，並且熱情相送，在這裏向她們表示感謝，賓館的早餐也捧，比有些大城市裡的星級酒店好很多，當地美食非常好吃，尤其是煎餅太好吃了，停車場也很大，適合自駕遊的客人，推薦推薦。賓館的晚餐豐富，還送到房間並可以點小份，既經濟實惠，味道不錯，尤其是炒雞，薑絲肉好吃，風味獨特。
