Hotel room is clean. Concierge staffs 小魏，小刘，小于 and 小吕 were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done smoothly and fast. Excellent service and provided by them. Highly recommended!!!!

親戚臨時到萊蕪出差，通過攜程預訂了萊蕪賓館，沒想到收穫了遠超預期的入住體驗，親戚特別滿意！從進門到離店，處處感受到賓至如歸的温暖，將好客山東的理念，體現得淋漓盡致。
前台小姐姐蘇鳳閣、任秋奕、李鑫雨笑容特別親切，主動幫忙升級了房型，工作細緻認真。看到我們行李較多，禮賓小姐姐陳丁慧一路送到房間還貼心介紹設施。晚上回來發現房間多了份果盤，手寫卡片的小細節真的很戳人！
房間體驗：新中式裝修風格雅緻又不失現代感，床品柔軟親膚，浴室乾濕分離設計合理。作為潔癖星人必須給衞生打滿分！地毯無塵、衞浴五金件光潔如新，衞生用品都套着消毒袋，必須好評。
早餐：現煮的羊湯堪稱一絕，超地道，還有萊蕪香腸、幹炒雞，足不出户，就帶親戚完美體驗了本地特色，還要着重表揚一下早餐廳的服務員小姐姐，即使客流量很大，依然貼心的兼顧到了每一位需要幫忙的客人。服務熱情又專業！
這次的選擇徹底改變了我對萊蕪賓館的刻板印象，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務都遠超預期。強烈推薦給來萊蕪的朋友們！

帶爸媽老婆孩子出行，選了家庭親子房。這是一家老牌賓館，古典且清新，軟硬件都沒的説，接待，服務，餐飲都是一流的！尤其是前台的小蘇小任小張三位美女服務周到熱情，細心負責，展現了老牌星級酒店的人才底藴，讓人體會了賓至如歸。最後還把我家寶貝遺落的衣服幫忙快遞回來了，非常感謝各位！

環境：非常好，不愧為老牌四星酒店，院子很大，院內還有一大片樹林和小花園，市中心的天然氧吧。道路兩旁的樹木修剪得也很漂亮。符合酒店的宣傳口號：温馨家園。酒店周邊除了好幾個機關單位還有大的購物中心
服務：非常好，早餐中餐自助菜品豐富、味道很好，還有當地特色菜，服務生很熱情，主動提供幫助。酒店前台及遇到的其他人都很熱情友善，很温馨。
設施：酒店年頭久，本來有點擔心，但擔心多餘了，很滿意，應該是有重新裝修過。我很喜歡房間內乾淨的地毯
衞生：滿意，浴巾毛巾居然單獨包裝了，床品也顯得比較新

賓館花園很大，環境非常好，這次帶孩子選的小豬佩奇主題房，孩子們很喜歡，感謝前台員工小劉、小王、小魏，訂好後她們提前給打電話確認到達時間，很貼心，到達後幫忙搬行李，送到房間，還準備了水果，房間是套間，非常乾淨，有小童專用的洗漱用品，孩子們住的很開心，都沒住夠，以後再來還會選這裏。走的時候還送了小禮物，太暖心了。

綠樹成蔭，鳥語花香，鬧中有靜。出行在外住宿時最怕噪音，在這裏住宿一晚非常安靜，沒有上下左右房間喧嘩聲，電視聲。節假日別的酒店都瘋狂漲價，這裏的價位很友好。服務人員親切有禮，尤其是小魏，小呂，小於，不愧是好客山東。早餐種類也很多，很愉快的一次住宿。

超預期
五一自駕出行太累了臨時決定在萊蕪停留一晚，沒太仔細研究就選了這家
非常超預期，雖然是比較老的賓館內部又進行重新裝修，五一正好趕上院內芍葯開放非常好看，再早一點還能觀賞到牡丹
房間整潔乾淨沒有什麼異味，有迎賓水果和飲品
甚至開夜床了！震驚，這個價位的賓館有開夜床
工作人員親切有禮，比一般四星酒店的工作人員更有温度，如果不是追求特別新的酒店的話，推薦入住這家，物超所值

酒店整體不錯，服務人員很熱情，會主動幫忙拿行李，服務意識很好。特別是前台的小魏 小劉 小王積極幫忙給調換了房間，很有耐心，臨走時還贈送了小禮物。早餐種類能夠在增加一些就更完美了
