Foreign traveller here. I was definitely impressed with the hotel. The location is right in the middle of Lixia District, which is always bustling and full of life. The amenities are pretty good.
The only thing that gave me some problems was the fact that only a couple of people at the hotel could barely speak English. Now I've travelled across China, and I wouldn't be complaining if I found this problem in a smaller city. But in a hotel of this grade, and that too in Lixia in Jinan, I was a tad bit disappointed that I had to effectively use Google translate everytime.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in China. Best location, super clean room with many convenient features. beyond the expectations service, very kind and helpful front desk people made that you feel like home. I would definitely stay in this hotel for my future visits for Jinan.

The location of the hotel is good, and the price we booked this time is very affordable. There are few parking spaces in front of the hotel, and the design of the underground garage is particularly unreasonable. The underground garage is small and the parking spaces are tight. It is easy to scratch if you are not careful. The most awkward thing is that there is no direct elevator, and you have to walk up from the car exit with your luggage, which is inconvenient and unsafe. The sign of the back door of the lobby is not clear and cannot be found. The hotel is too old and the rooms are small, but it is clean and sanitary. The ladies at the front desk are polite and enthusiastic. The mountain view room didn't have a view of the mountain.

很不錯的一家酒店，在鬧市區，距離趵突泉、大明湖等知名景點很近，附近吃的也不少。酒店有知名的29層觀光電梯，小朋友很喜歡。房間比較大，各種設施非常齊全，也很乾凈。大床應該接近兩米，很寬敞。而且所有的浴巾毛巾都是帶包裝的，非常衞生。前台也非常熱情禮貌，點贊磊子哥！下次來濟南還會選擇。

山東新聞大廈酒店地理位置優越，距離黑虎泉景區步行500米左右，非常適合吃完飯後走到黑虎泉畔逛逛，空氣好，景色宜人，酒店房間明亮，落地大窗户，用的毛巾浴巾都用一次性包裝袋密封包裝起來，用着很放心，聽説酒店有自己的洗衣房，很不錯，酒店服務也挺用心，很熱情有禮貌，推薦給大家[太陽]

酒店地理位置不錯，距趵突泉、大明湖、千佛山、寬厚裏等景點都不算遠。但酒店聽起來帽子很大，架子也大，放不下架子來提高服務質量，改善設施條件。設施非常老舊，房間地面地毯日久一股黴味，房間沒有窗户無法通風換氣，衞生很差，噴頭浴缸污漬斑斑。換氣扇和空調打開噪音特別大，幾乎近於拖拉機，感覺酒店管理服務人員高高在上，心裏放不下架子，沒有服務意識。估計靠一些大型會議不愁衣食。續住房間不主動打掃衞生，不送水。還是第二天主動要求送的水，清理掉垃圾，

位置離景區很近，黑虎泉解放閣走着就去了，趵突泉大明湖也都不遠，交通方便。
