Foreign traveller here. I was definitely impressed with the hotel. The location is right in the middle of Lixia District, which is always bustling and full of life. The amenities are pretty good.
The only thing that gave me some problems was the fact that only a couple of people at the hotel could barely speak English. Now I've travelled across China, and I wouldn't be complaining if I found this problem in a smaller city. But in a hotel of this grade, and that too in Lixia in Jinan, I was a tad bit disappointed that I had to effectively use Google translate everytime.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in China. Best location, super clean room with many convenient features. beyond the expectations service, very kind and helpful front desk people made that you feel like home. I would definitely stay in this hotel for my future visits for Jinan.

The hotel is very close to Heihu Spring and Jiefang Pavilion. It is only a few minutes' walk away. You can also walk to Kuanhouli and Quancheng Square. The distance is not far. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many buses. The room is not too big, clean and hygienic, no smell, the linens are sealed with plastic bags, I feel at ease, the facilities are complete, the waiters are very polite, thoughtful and caring, very satisfied, I will stay here again next time I go to Jinan, very satisfied hotel

酒店位置可以，這次訂的價格也很實惠，酒店門前車位較少，地下車庫設計特別不合理，地庫面積小，車位緊張，稍不注意很容易剮蹭，最彆扭的是沒有直達電梯，要拉着行李從汽車出口走上去，既不方便又不安全，大堂後門標識不清晰，找不到。酒店太老了，房間也小，但是還算乾淨衞生，前台的幾位女士禮貌熱情。山景房也沒看見山。

位置離景區很近，黑虎泉解放閣走着就去了，趵突泉大明湖也都不遠，交通方便。
房間衞生，乾淨，無異味，落地窗視野開闊，窗邊就可以看到超然樓和漂亮的景色，浴巾和麪巾等都是消毒過的，前台小姐姐和客房阿姨耐心温柔，特別好，小朋友要求下次來濟南還住這裏😄👍👍
