地方確實很好，離趵突泉很近，但是超級難找，房子就像危樓一樣，環境，周圍衞生都很差，整的整個人心情都很不好。房間卧室關不上，找客服，客服服務態度超級差，説什麼別人都沒有提出來過，衹要有問題，都是別人沒提出來過，然後他不能解決，覺得我很多事情。態度超級差，甚至還爆粗口。進來之後出現這些問題客服都沒有給解決，甚至説不怕我給差評，不差這些錢。以至於後來出現問題都不敢找客服。晚上客廳一閃一閃的，還超級嚇人。設施也很不好，床很晃，那個高腳凳也很不安全，洗臉的地方很臭，廁所超級小。反正很離譜，大家謹慎，反正超級超級不推薦。
我入住體驗非常真實，沒有任何虛假，希望能幫助到大家，這家店可以稱為我住過最差的店，沒有之一。
