There is a subway under construction right in front of the hotel, but luckily it wasn't too noisy when I stayed there. The service was really great, you can wear Hanfu and other things, and they also provide free tea break service. The breakfast was also super delicious. Our children loved the family room very much. When they accidentally broke a teacup, the front desk clerk politely asked if they were injured and said no compensation was required. Thank you so much! The experience was very good, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Jinan!

The location is good, but the subway construction around it is really difficult for the hotel, and there is no good way to park. It's not the hotel's fault. Friends from other places must pay attention. There are enough front desk staff, and the division of service needs to be improved. Overall it is okay, but there are no added points. The hotel does not have bathrobes and charging cables, and you have to put on all your clothes to use a power bank. I am grateful to the lady at the front desk for lending me the charging cable, but my two mobile phones and power banks were out of power and still not enough. There was a fingernail under the luggage bench in the guest room, which I found when I took off my shoes. There was dust on the washbasin, and there were several black floating balls on the quilt cover. I don't know if it was because of the window opening or because the quilt cover was not shaken. Washing, nursing and bathing became washing, nursing and care. Maybe it’s because they didn’t make the ward rounds. The room layout is pretty good. The whole house is smart, with tea culture. The curtains are the best, with a red bottom and good light blocking. The breakfast price is really affordable, cost-effective and the taste is good. The check-out attitude was OK, but it was not a plus point either, maybe it was busy at the time. It’s not a problem if there are no souvenirs or anything. There is a scent of tea as soon as you enter the lobby, and Miss Yinan even served you a cup of hot tea. The front desk clerks Xiaochen and Taozi were very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service, which made my stay very comfortable. Huanhuan and Yangyang also introduced the room facilities. The hotel is very close to Daming Lake, about ten minutes' walk away. In addition, the hotel also has a gym, which made me, a fitness enthusiast, very happy. The laundry room is also very convenient. Qiqi also gave me two bottles of water when I checked out. Although the subway is under construction at the door, I hope the hotel will get better and better after it is completed.
