Amazing hotel, love the staff and the buffet. They dont speak english but you will have no problem in communication.

We stayed here a a quick relax from our flight and vacation in Sanya before driving home. Of course the Sheraton/Marriot Bonvoy reputation did not falter. We would definitely stay here again for a quick Trip or a longer trip. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. Food was delicious, room was amazing, the health spa areas were great. I love swimming outdoors when I can. The grounds were a surprise with a garden walk lead to have an outdoor BBQ stall (also connected to the bar we later found out). The room offered great views, fast wifi, and electronics for listening to music and for watching some TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Not bad hotel for good price. The room was comfortable, has a good view of the city and mountains, but windows were very dirty, so I can’t see clearly. Unfortunately soundproofing was not very good, it was a bit noisy in the room. The room condition was ok, but toilet doors was very bad. About location, the hotel isn’t very close to metro, but it’s ok, anyway this city doesn’t have a lot of metro stations now. Otherwise it’s close to some interesting places as Shandong museum, big shopping mall (these two locations are literally under the hotel), and there is a good park with beautiful view of the city in about 1 km away from the hotel. And also the hotel’s building has a 7eleven near main entrance.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, the bedding is comfortable, the service of Miss XXx at the front desk is enthusiastic, the price-performance ratio is very high, the pillows have two options of soft and hard, which is very friendly to people with bad cervical vertebrae, and I slept very soundly.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

The room environment is very good and it is worth choosing to stay. It is very convenient to travel around, eat nearby, seek medical treatment nearby, shop nearby, and play around. It is especially convenient to go to the provincial hospital for medical treatment and the Olympic Sports Center.

Fifth time staying at this hotel - see the previous reviews. We always stay here when we go to Jinan. Excellent location, right on the beautiful canal and close to all the main sightseeing places. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast with wide range of dishes. Recommend the excellent value evening buffet at the restaurant. Looking forward to our sixth stay, sometime in the future!

This hotel is really nice! The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, and you can find delicious restaurants and shopping malls just outside. The front desk service attitude is very good and enthusiastic, which makes people feel very warm. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay and will choose this hotel next time!

Our traveling party of 5 booked 2 rooms. Although our daughters are now grown-up, they enjoyed the family theme, with toys, a small rocking horse (and foam carpet to protect young kids in case of a fall) and cute pillow case and blanket cover - perfect for families with young kids too (the bed is normal size, so teenagers can use it too, without a problem). Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. This is ”the only table tennis themed hotel in China”, so if you want to practice, you can bring your equipment, tables are there, waiting for you (in fact, the National team came to train here). The buffet breakfast was huge, and with multiple food options to satisfy both Western and Chinese tastes. Access from the airport was convenient, a 1-hr bus ride to across the road, and right next to the hotel to go back to Jinan airport, but do check the timing because it seems like every hour or so only. Baotu spring is a 10-15min walk away, so it's a decent location to explore the city too. We will certainly book this hotel for a future Jinan holiday !
