Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it. If you’re traveling from overseas, message the hotel through your booking and share your WeChat ID, they’ll contact you directly to arrange airport pickup.

The hotel was chosen as one of the closest to the airport, as there was a night shift. The hotel has a shuttle service, we waited for almost 40 minutes after calling the hotel and no one came for us. I had to take a taxi. The hotel was unable to use the laundry service because it was in a nearby hotel. From advantages - in the morning we were taken to the airport. The room itself was clean enough, the water and the kettle were. There is a shop nearby.

Accommodation near metro line3 wangsheren station, convenient transportation, good room, much more than the price. There is a cleaning staff every day. Check out and leave your luggage. But the counter has to pass the building, it will be on the other side. Recommended, take a one bus to the city to the tourist spot.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of this hotel. It was just somewhere to sleep for the night. I'm only writing this review because the young lady at the front counter named Ada went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were as comfortable as possible. She upgraded us to a bigger room with a humongous bed (bigger than king size) and gave us a bowl of fruit as a gift. That, combined with the quick and timely shuttle to the airport in the morning, made this stay at Holiday Inn Express an excellent one. Would definitely stay again. 💯

Because it was already past 10 pm when we arrived at the airport, in order to let my family wash and rest this morning, I chose this hotel not far from the airport. I called the front desk and immediately contacted the driver to pick me up. The car was clean, the driver checked the guest's phone number and served politely. Similarly, the driver who sent me to the airport was also very good! The guest rooms are also good, with complete facilities, clean and comfortable! For breakfast, Chinese and Western buffet, the service is also thoughtful! I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance!

The first stop of our self-driving trip from Beijing was Nanjing, and the second stop was Zibo. However, the hotel we wanted to book in Zibo was fully booked, and it was already past nine o'clock in the evening when we left Nanjing, so we booked a night in Jinan directly, and drove to Zibo the next day. I didn't expect this hotel to be so good. It was already four twenty in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is very new. The lady at the front desk saw that we arrived late, so she delayed our check-out and upgraded our room for free. The hotel also provided free parking and registered our license plate number for us. Our room was also on a higher floor, with a bathtub in the room and welcome fruits. Thanks to Miss Amanda from GRO for drawing the welcome card. The bathrobes in the hotel were also very comfortable, and we slept very well all night. When we checked out in the morning, the front desk also thoughtfully packed up the breakfast we didn't have for us to take away. This hotel is really worth considering for holidays, and the price/performance ratio is also very good. After all, five-star hotels in Beijing are much more expensive in comparison. Later, Amanda called me back to inquire about the accommodation. I hope to meet this thoughtful lady next time I come to stay.

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

For quite some time, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski in Jinan, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The rooms are nothing short of breathtaking, adorned with the finest amenities that elevate every visit into a luxurious experience. The staff here is truly exceptional, and I must give a special mention to Kris at the front desk. His warm smile and regal treatment make me feel like a valued guest every time—I can’t overstate what an incredible person he is or how much he enhances the Kempinski’s stellar reputation. Another standout is Sherry, who is always just a phone call away, resolving any travel hiccups with efficiency and grace. Without a doubt, this is the premier hotel in Jinan, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Book a stay here—you won’t regret it!

Good place to go to when transiting. With free pickup and return to the airport. Amenties are great, modern features. Staff were unable to speak English but we use wechat and translate.
