Hotels in Quancheng Plaza Commercial Area, Jinan

Our traveling party of 5 booked 2 rooms. Although our daughters are now grown-up, they enjoyed the family theme, with toys, a small rocking horse (and foam carpet to protect young kids in case of a fall) and cute pillow case and blanket cover - perfect for families with young kids too (the bed is normal size, so teenagers can use it too, without a problem). Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. This is ”the only table tennis themed hotel in China”, so if you want to practice, you can bring your equipment, tables are there, waiting for you (in fact, the National team came to train here). The buffet breakfast was huge, and with multiple food options to satisfy both Western and Chinese tastes. Access from the airport was convenient, a 1-hr bus ride to across the road, and right next to the hotel to go back to Jinan airport, but do check the timing because it seems like every hour or so only. Baotu spring is a 10-15min walk away, so it's a decent location to explore the city too. We will certainly book this hotel for a future Jinan holiday !

Fifth time staying at this hotel - see the previous reviews. We always stay here when we go to Jinan. Excellent location, right on the beautiful canal and close to all the main sightseeing places. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast with wide range of dishes. Recommend the excellent value evening buffet at the restaurant. Looking forward to our sixth stay, sometime in the future!

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

This is my second time booked this hotel, I love the cleanliness and the space and the friendly staff. Walking around in the central city is so convenient, few minutes to the new Han Meilin art gallery is amazing and the famous Bao Tuquan . I also like walking to the Quancheng Rd , many shopping stores restaurants and cafe at HengLong .

✨It was such a pleasant surprise to stay at Jinan Puxiu Hotel! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the soft big bed and the high-quality bedding. It felt like I was sinking into the clouds when I leaned on it. After a tiring day, I could relax instantly when I lay down. The comfort level was maximized~ The key is that the environment is super quiet! The sound insulation effect of the doors and windows is amazing. After closing the door, I couldn’t hear any noise in the corridor at all, and there was no noise outside the window. I slept until dawn, and even I, a light sleeper, was not disturbed~ The details are also very considerate. The room is warmly decorated, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, and there are free refreshments and considerate services. Staying here is as comfortable as being at home~ When I checked out, the front desk girl also gave me a Jinan specialty gift! It must be a five-star review. I will choose this place next time I come to Jinan!

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

Environment: A hotel in the style of the Republic of China, with beautiful scenery from the entrance to the lobby to the courtyard and rooms, the kind that could make a movie. Facilities: The facilities are complete. It would be better if there were more USB sockets. Hygiene: Overall it's pretty good. The only shortcoming is the toilet. It was clogged twice in two days, which was the first time I encountered it. Location: The most recommended place is a hotel on the one-day tour route. Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Furong Street, and Kuanhouli are all within walking distance. When you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to take a rest. The disadvantage is that it does not have its own parking lot. The cooperative parking lot can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It costs 6 yuan an hour and is free from 22:00 to 8:00.

The hotel is located in the heart of Jinan, just a 15-minute walk from Quancheng Square, a 10-minute walk from Ginza Mall, Black Tiger Spring, Jiefang Pavilion and other attractions, and a 10-minute drive from Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Thousand Buddha Mountain and other attractions. The front desk reception was efficient and friendly, check-in was quick, and the housekeeper, Hou Yingying, was able to clearly answer any questions and respond to any requests. The hotel also offers free parking, free swimming, and free laundry. Highly recommended.
