很難好評，但也不到差評，給箇中評吧。開門第一眼很好，但實際住下來挺一般。用心了，但沒用對地方。附上房東的實拍視頻。
優點:1.帶陽台，有洗衣機和晾衣架，適合夏天出遊需要換洗衣服。2.位置在商圈，價格不貴。3.有冰箱（能不能用存疑）
缺點:1.房間外的蜂鳴器一直響（一分鐘兩三次），白天無所謂，但睡眠質量不好的晚上別想睡，建議帶耳塞。2.衞生保潔一般。入住時廁所紙簍裏甚至還有紙，拖鞋洗完就扔在浴室裏沒拿出來，洗漱池櫃子裏還有垃圾。3.浴室門一側膠條掉了，關不緊。4.枕頭不透氣，有點悶。
額外一點:樓下門禁我都沒搞懂，有時候打得開有時候打不開。

環境好，衞生好，裝修好，位置好，房東也好，樣樣都好，價格還便宜，如果在旅遊城市，房價應該會更高，所以性價比十足。

房間在春節期間還算是性價比高的，總體上滿意的，周邊吃都有，出行也方便，房東人比較好溝通，適合追求性價比的選擇。
