"The stay was alright, and the surroundings were pretty quiet with plenty of dining options. Although there's parking available, the hotel is located in an alley, which makes driving and parking a bit tricky. The parking is in a four-story building, but only the fourth floor had spots; the other three were full, so parking was quite tight. In the room, the bathroom lacked shelves, so there was no place to put clothes or hang them up. The duvet in my room wasn't clean. When I asked to have it replaced, they initially said they had no spare duvets because the hotel was fully booked (but they eventually brought one, saying it was one the staff themselves used – haha!). It's surprising that a newly opened hotel isn't fully equipped with such basic items."

"Toilet flush was no good, used once and it was clogged. Power plug by one of the bedside was spoilt, couldn’t hold my adaptor. USB power plug couldn’t charge my ipad either, had to connect it to a plug to charge. Great that they provide all necessities such as water and hair dryer. Had a very nice view - Saw the sunrise from the bedroom,"

"The only problem we encountered is the inner road in front of rhe hotel was closed, no cars allowed to enter so it is rather inconvenient and hassle if you have heavy luggages and you have to disembark from the car along the busy road and lift the luggages across the road steel barrier in order to enter the hotel or disembark 200 meters further away from the hotel if you want to avoid the barriees."

"The hotel is great! Though there are times when you can still smell cigarette smoke from the vents, it is still very good overall. They also gave Chinese dessert for 2 nights, which we enjoyed and appreciated a lot. A shout out to the front desk 志强, who recommended some good eats around Shishi."

"The overall environment and service at this hotel are excellent. It's really good; the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic, and they even offer ginger tea. The freshly squeezed juice at the lobby bar is also delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Very satisfied!"

"My wife and I spent our weekend at this amazing hotel. Our whole experience since we checked in all the way to checking out has been awesome. The front desk manager ALEX was very helpful and kind to upgrade our room from Garden view to Lake view. The room was very spacious about 55sqm and was very clean. The bathroom was gigantic with bathtub. The swimming pool at the hotel is big and very clean. There is a water park right next to the hotel which was fun and we had a very nice time. The breakfast at the hotel was delicuous especially the egg omlette and scrambled eggs. There were western and chinese cuisine for breakfast. Front desk manager Alex was very attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. All the other staffs in the hotel were very nice and had smile on their face all the time, they would greet you whenever they see you in the lobby or the hallway... I would definitely visit this hotel again in near future..."

"Very good 5 star hotel. Room is very cosy and nice with comfortable temperature during December. Restaurant serve nice food with reasonable price. Highly recommend"
