離景點很近 老闆娘很熱情
窗外就是換乘站 去小赤壁很方便
早飯安排的很豐盛
房間也清潔衞生
性價比比在軒轅街高

優點是在小赤壁對面，老闆娘比較熱情。但是房間特別潮濕，一股很重的黴味，牆皮脱落，衞生間的門也關不上。房間小一點沒關係，哪怕是乾淨也好，房間地面黏糊糊的，國慶期間350的價格，是平日的三倍。建議老闆娘提醒保潔打掃乾淨些。

房間窄小，衞生間也小，設備簡陋，沒配罐裝水，房間外面是樓房，服務態度一般般，暖氣也不太好，睡得很冷！

價格是仙都觀景區最便宜的。老闆娘也是超級熱情的。老闆娘服務超棒。老闆的態度就不怎麼好了。作為住宿名宿晚上睡覺真的不推薦。太吵了。晚上路過的車開到井蓋上直穿我耳膜，而且喜歡接團隊，晚上9，10點一樓還在吃飯，2樓打麻將，人在4樓都聽的清清楚楚。做飯的老闆還會邊抽煙邊炒菜，感官不適，但是味道還是不錯的。民宿接團也導致作為住宿的客人沒早飯吃。。。衹有饅頭，白粥和醬菜，最最讓我不適的是客人桌上沒吃完的饅頭他們會收回來，再放到蒸鍋裏，給下個住宿的客人吃。。。住宿的燈是壞的，叫修，最後也不修。連住時不會給打掃衞生，倒垃圾。#服務老闆娘服務優秀。#位置交通對面就是景區公交站，位置很好。#房間設施房間會偏小。但是還行吧。

#衞生房間乾淨整潔，提供一次性浴巾和洗臉巾用品。三餐都在老闆家樓下餐廳吃飯，飯菜味道不錯，價格合理。早餐在老闆家吃，種類豐富，自助拿，老闆也沒收錢，簡直是良心老闆，太太贊，謝謝老闆！住在這裏，風景真好，夜晚很安靜，空氣很清新，很舒服。在這裏早睡早起，精神狀態很好。提前聯繫老闆，問了遊覽線路，讓二天行程安排正正好。如果自駕過來老闆還能提前報備進景區，不去鼎湖峯，連門票都不用買了。

不是一般的差！被我發現了沒有更換床品、而且淋浴房還有上一個客人留下來的東西，老闆娘的解釋是怕下一個客人要用上一個客人留下來的東西！我不接受這樣牽強的解釋！最後還被老闆娘咆哮恐嚇！到現在都還心有餘悸！剛開始死不承認，後面又讓請來打掃衞生的阿姨背鍋！而且插座根本沒法充電（如圖）發現跟她根本沒法溝通，説是找平台解決最後還被威脅！連我們家的孩子都聽出來她在威脅我們，意思這裡是他們本地人的地方叫我要注意！心驚膽戰的住了一晚上，第二天連滾帶爬的逃了（連小赤壁都不敢逛了）仙都地方不錯，可惜住錯了地方心情太糟糕了！退房時老闆娘頭都沒抬一下一聲不吭！搞得就是我不應該發現她沒換床品而給她惹麻煩了！這樣做生意遲早把路堵死！真心奉勸一句既然開民宿，客人發現問題不是應該馬上去解決問題，而不是想盡千方百計去解決客人！！充其量就是個普普通通的農家樂，衞生真真是堪憂！最後老闆娘和攜程溝通自己退了30塊錢封我的口！回來想想還是告知大家千萬別貪便宜住這裏！！嚴重踩坑！實話實説男老闆為人還是不錯的。每年旅遊大大小小酒店住了無數，浙江幾乎跑遍了，沒想到對麗水的印象是唯一的差

拉開窗簾就是風景，老闆做飯也好吃，連住三天都是他家解決伙食。住風景區裏提前打老闆電話報備車牌就可以進出自如了，也不用買門票。晚上吃完飯前面就是景點，隨便逛
