"The service is very good, the room is big, but the check-in experience is really bad! As soon as I entered the room, I found that the room smelled very bad. I opened the window to get rid of the smoke, and then found that a piece of the ceiling was empty. I called the front desk twice to urge them. A lady came and looked at it. The attitude was very good. She asked the maintenance department to repair it. I waited for about 20 minutes. I called twice in the middle, but still didn't see the maintenance staff come. Finally, the lady covered the board. From check-in to closing the window before going to bed, there were at least 7 hours in between, and the smoke didn't dissipate at all. There was still a burst of smoke at night. The air was really bad. I couldn't sleep all night. The smoke fumed all night. I woke up the next day with a sore throat... I usually don't comment on hotels, but this time I really have to comment. The experience is too bad!"
