We think it is a good value for money accommodation. The cleanliness was adequate but it is true that it is a place in the middle of the mountain and for this reason there were some insects.
The business belongs to a family from the village and is located in their own house. They are attentive and care about making you feel at home. They cooked us lunch and breakfast with traditional food (although they charged us for it, without telling us about it before cooking it...)
The room had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning. The bathroom is small and simple, like a toilet.
Worth mentioning is the kindness of the owner who came to pick us up in Fenghuang and then took us to Yangshuo taking advantage of the fact that she was going on vacation with her family. All this for a fee, obviously.
