"This is the first time I've given such a low rating, but I really want to warn everyone. I was actually exhausted from walking around the ancient city and wanted to take my kids and the maid to rest for a bit. I booked a room and told the front desk I didn't need to stay overnight, saying my ID card would do. The others, who I didn't have ID with, were visitors and weren't staying overnight. However, they were completely unresponsive and refused to let us in. Finally, after getting mad, they gave me my room card and I took my kids inside. We only rested for an hour before leaving because the room was utterly filthy. The floor was incredibly dusty, and the toys were so greasy and dirty you could even feel them with your hands. Some of them were broken. I didn't take any photos because I was surprised and uncomfortable. I just want to warn other parents to avoid this hotel. This hotel has a great location, but they haven't capitalized on it and haven't provided the minimum required cleanliness. Facilities: Outdated Hygiene: Terrible Environment: Outdated Service: Lacks personal touch"

"Overall, I'd rate it as average. Cleanliness was good, but the service was poor. For example, the front desk told us breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:00, but we arrived at the restaurant a little after 8:00, and there was very little stir-fried food left. Later arrivals had no stir-fried food at all, supposedly because a tour group had arrived, causing food shortages. Didn't the business department relay this information to the restaurant staff? Also, staying on the top floor, the noise of the compressor running on the roof disturbed our sleep. We couldn't get through to the phone to ask for electric mosquito coils; were they broken? We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get them. Service is fundamental to business; they need to pay attention to the details."

"It rained heavily the night we checked in. The next morning, the river next to the B&B flooded right up to the entrance, and the water was yellow, which was a bit scary. However, the owners and their family worked together seamlessly to help us resolve the issues. The hostess's cooking was especially delicious. Even though we only stayed for one night, we felt right at home. We were deeply touched by the simplicity and honesty of the people in the mountains."

"Really good! Yesterday, the left-handed lady at the front desk even helped us upgrade to a king room with a small balcony and a hanging chair, which was lovely. Parking here is super convenient, and it's excellent value for money. The hotel also offers breakfast and has laundry facilities (washers and dryers). The environment is great, and it's very close to scenic spots and shopping malls. Plus, there are plenty of food options right outside."

"We arrived at the hotel early, and the receptionist was very kind and gentle. She helped us check into a vacant room early. The room had just been cleaned by the cleaning lady, and she even reminded us to be careful of the slippery floor – very thoughtful! Since we were from out of town, and it happened to be raining and cold, our clothes and shoes got wet. We felt very cold in the room, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we called the front desk to report it. To our surprise, the hotel bought us a heater and personally delivered it to our room, explaining why the air conditioning wasn't working. It was truly touching to be away from home! This trip was a bit rushed, but next time I have the chance to come to Jishou, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel room was also very large, clean, and well-equipped. The smart speaker in the room was very convenient! This is the first time I've written such a thoughtful review, thank you again!"
