REZEN RETREAT

We arrived after 11 o'clock in the evening. After driving for a day, the hotel did not have an elevator. The breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have ever seen. It was worse than Seven Days Inn, Home Inn, and GreenTree Inn.

Booked for the Li Cheng brand because I was very satisfied with my stay at Li Cheng in Zhaoqing City. However, this time Li Cheng in Jishou City was a rubbish hotel. It ruined the Li Cheng brand and ruined the reputation of Ctrip! I booked two rooms almost a month in advance, but they were not arranged on the same floor. Moreover, one room was arranged on the roadside of the garden on the first floor. There was no privacy and every move of the person in the room was freely accessible to tourists from outside to watch and take pictures like monkeys in a glass house. Passers-by can talk to you against the floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the room and disturb you. The master bedroom and bathroom of the house are only separated from the public road by a piece of glass. It is really like a zoo! The other room turned out to be a windowless room on the second floor. There was a balcony door facing the black wall, which provided no lighting and ventilation. The key was that there was no anti-mosquito screen door. Once the balcony door was opened, mosquitoes rushed into the room. When I communicated with the front desk supervisor, he said it didn't matter. Mosquito-repellent incense can be used, but it is really ** without love and responsibility! The room smelled stuffy and smelly after closing the door, and even turning on the air conditioner did not improve it. It was a weird house unfit for human habitation! There is no place or shelf to hang face towels or put clothes in the toilet. You have to take off your clothes outside and then go into the bathroom to take a shower. Then you walk around naked between the room and the bathroom to dry yourself and put on clothes. It's really a no-brainer! The room was so bad that it was not suitable for human habitation. After communicating with the front desk supervisor, we were refused to change rooms the next day. We even proposed that you go to a room on the first floor to watch an animal show. In the end, we firmly refused! The hotel is open 24 hours a day with the front and rear doors. Outside guests can come and go freely from early morning to evening, play, walk their dogs, take photos, sing, and chat. The hotel and B&B services have no sense of humanity and responsibility, let alone any humanistic care! We originally booked for 4 nights, but ran out after just one night.

The room is too small. You can't put your suitcase on the luggage rack or small table. You can only put it on the floor. It feels like the level has dropped suddenly. The space is relatively small. There is only one stool. There is no place to put your clothes after taking off your clothes. The air conditioner is noisy. The tractor fell asleep together, and as soon as the faucet was turned on, red water came out.
