1.環境安靜，居住舒適;
2.位置優越，離乾州古城近，散個步就到了;
3.服務周到，反映房間有煙味，保潔阿姨立馬給我們拿了台空氣凈化器。前台也積極配合詢問，是否需要更換房間。
不愧是老牌酒店，下次來吉首玩，還會選擇入住，點贊！

實事求是，有一事説一事。
1 最大特色就是早餐很棒，內容豐富，味道也不錯，環境也很好。
2 酒店外部環境很好。
3 游泳池體驗很差，給人的感覺房客是去揩油的，沒有儲衣櫃，沒有拖鞋、沒有洗頭和沐浴液，如果要儲衣櫃，需要另加20元。
4 房間體驗差，（1）房門出去後被保險，打不開，找前台，説是被我們保險了（屋內沒有人怎麼能保險呢？），衹能找工程部維修，最後前台還不承認。（2）空調不能“調”，熱死了，找工程部檢查維修，説是通風開關被關閉了，打開之後一段時間又壞了，一直到離開。

酒店裝潢還是不錯的，但是服務遠沒有達到五星標準。其中一間房間空調失效，晚上一直在吹冷風，第二天和前台反應這個問題，前台雖然領着師傅去看，但是發現空調確實有問題且修不好之後沒有向我們説明，而是放了一個電暖氣在房間裏？！自始至終沒有給我們答覆，也沒有提出為我們更換或者升級房間，難道我們花錢來就是來烤電暖氣的嗎？這個服務意識太差，當時着急趕路沒時間和前台掰扯。。。

房間設施比較老，床頭沒有充電，很不方便。
入住的時候，前台給了兩張酒店吃飯的優惠券，消費了以後又説不能用，消費券上明確了在特色飯店用，沒有任何限制説衹能用於消費泰餐，對於這種誤導消費的行為很不滿意。
