Loved this place. Stayed here for three nights while attending events at the Xtream Arena down the street. Parked the car at check-in, and never touched it again til we checked out. Less than a 5 minute walk to arena. Had a 1 bedroom suite w/ 2 queen beds in it. Pretty roomy for the two of us. At less than $175/night, it was good value w/ free breakfast, and parking was only $5/night. Everything in the room worked. Staff were all nice. Area around hotel has several places to eat/drink, although some closed rather early.. i.e., the pizza/bar across the street closing at 9pm on a thursday night.

The staff and the desk both at check in and leaving were so nice . I am sorry I don’t know their names . The woman by the food area named Mama was such a kind and friendly woman . We loved her ! The beds were comfortable and the halls were quiet. The room was clean for the most part. The shower tile and grout looked dirty and the bathroom trash can had dirty , strained towels in it . We think maybe it was just forgotten by housekeeping , because everything else seemed ok .

The hotel is very close to the university town, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel service is good, clean and comfortable. An ideal place to stay for the University of Iowa

As the name suggests, the name of the hotel means that their waiters are all college students. The front desk MM is really beautiful! The hotel's good value for money is much cheaper than a hotel next to it. In fact, the room is very good, the decoration style is typical American style, the big bed is very comfortable to sleep, but the room is a bit alien, but it does not affect anything, the hot water in the bathroom is very good. Can be solved! The hotel is not far from the city center, the old-fashioned style, but it is raining, it is impossible to play ~ Idaho State University is nearby, the scale is not small, it is also very good. It is a tornado when the check-in, so play in this area It is necessary to pay attention to the weather forecast. This hotel is relatively new, in the local very good hotel, the service is not bad, the room is large, very clean, breakfast is good, the environment is very good, walking to a small mall. very convenient.

I remember staying here 20some years ago when Coralville was much smaller and options were much fewer and this place was the best hotel in the area It still is a great hotel which has kept up with the times. I give this five stars as it’s hard to think of anything I would suggest. Beds were comfortable and up to Holiday inn standards. Nice amenities include a big TV, an office area, Keurig, a nice fridge and a safe among other things. Nice shower and bathroom. The pool was nice and large. Staff was super helpful. There are a lot of places to eat in the area- even in walking distance. The breakfast was typical Hotel but was hot and had a lot of choices. If you are not that familiar with the area, things are kind of spread out, but every thing is a short drive in Iowa City and Coralville I was also happily with the price which was less than worse hotels that I have stayed at in the area. My one complaint is I would love to have a little kids tv channel in the lineup (Nick Jr, PBS Kids, Freeform). Otherwise. Five stars

I was impressed with the careful consideration of the housekeeper. Located near the city center and dotted with shops. The breakfast is great.
