Spacious room, quiet, with comfortable beds & pillows. Location is convenient, less than 10min walk from City Square Mall. Lots of popular local eateries & cafes within walking distance. Easy to get Grab. Overall a good deal for an overnight stay in JB.

Got the 20th floor king size room..
Beautiful view of the city.
Rooms was cleaned.
Carpark entry to the lift was narrow n tight for big cars.but security was gd.
Only hotel guest can use the car lift.

Location is walking distance from city square, so those traveling by bus. i would recommend, otherwise if you are riding ur own transport, there is a private access carpark to park your vehicles. customer service here is good as always & i'll always pick Z hotel for jb stays.

It's a budget hotel with a high rating, ( good ) but The noise at night is too loud. For those who drive, it might be a concern because of the traffic jam along the road.
The room is quite spacious.

We love the customer service attitude. Very friendly. They even give us chocolate and oranges during check-in since it is CNY. However, the location to us is a bit scary as we need to walk from the city square and walk pass a lot of migrant workers hangout streets at night. However, the good news is it is pretty near city square like 5-10 min walk.
The staffs are very friendly and their room have smart TV, so you can deactive previous netflix account using TV setting and log in your own netflix account to watch movies.
They also have a fully equip gym with free towels to use. The room is very spacious which we love it. Also ordering grab deliver is very easy too. They even setup a table for grab delivery to leave the order there for the guest to collect. We would love to come back again.
lastly, there are wonderful night market just across the street that open pass midnight. So if you are a light sleeper, you might need to bring earplug.

A sudden stay I found this hotel. Located nearby custom, same roll with city square. Indoor car parking provided with car lift. Room very big, clean.
Comfy bed, come with fans and air conditioning. Great stay and will come back again.
