The hotel was rather old as we were greeted with the rumbling sound of aircon when we first started the aircon in the room. It took quite long for the maintenance to come to our room to check and told it is normal, as by then the sound has subsided. He suggest to change the room, and after he left and had much discussion, we decided to keep the room. So we notified the receptionist to keep the room, but after returning to the hotel in the late evening, the receptionist still asked us whether we wanted to change the room. Passing of messages is bad.
What is worse is that you are given 2 small mineral bottles per day, and after that, if you need more, you have to pay RM$3 per bottle.
Breakfast was good, but I hope the hotel can look into providing more water or having water dispensers at all levels. Thank you.

The hotel is alright overall. The room was clean. But we got a rude shock when we opened the windows to see the view from our 23rd floor room. You can see it for yourself, how poorly maintained it is. Otherwise, they are not accommodating when asked for extra mineral water bottles unlike 5 star hotels who give us a few whenever requested. Here, apparently it is chargeable. One of the male Front Office staff wasn't very friendly when attending our queries. No warmth, smiles or friendly vibes from him at all. Comes as a surprise for a hotel front liner. Can do better there. Breakfast wasn't too bad and had good variety. Cheers!

5 mins walk to KSL mall. Location is near shopping mall and eateries. Bathroom equipment ABIT old. Toilet flush button need strength to press and hold .. Room is big.

It was a great experience from the check in to check out. The hotel staff I met was friendly. My staycation was a memorable one. The only feedback will be tje basement carpark there was a foul smell probably the sewage piping. Overall I’m pleased with the overall experience.

The hotel is located near KSL and many nice eateries. The staff are very friendly, the room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is nice too. I love the curry chicken and freshly grind coffee very much. I'll stay here again when I come to JB in the future. Thank you!

Room was big, spacious and very clean. Their super single beds feel like queen beds. Toilet also very clean and shower type. For breakfast, plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I enjoyed my stay at Grand Paragon.

Second time staying here, because of its location (walkable to ksl and not too noisy). Very value-for-money staycation here, despite old amenities. Recently they re-opened their massage shop and having a discount now. Recommended and definitely will be back again! :)
