The room is very very small.The location is quite strategic.After midnight you have to use the back door which is quite dangerous.

While the bathroom facilities aren't particularly spacious, the hot water is plentiful, water pressure is stable, and everything is very well-maintained and clean, putting one at ease. Overall, it creates a 'home away from home' relaxing atmosphere, with attention to detail evident in prioritizing guest comfort. Thoughtful Amenities, Great Value for Money: The guesthouse offers strong and stable free Wi-Fi, which is crucial for guests needing to stay connected or handle business. The most pleasant surprise is its excellent value for money. For such clean accommodation and attentive service, the room rate is incredibly reasonable, making it definitely the top choice for budget-conscious or convenience-prioritizing savvy travelers staying in Johor Bahru.

The hotel staff is 100% friendly, but the location and the room are too small. The breakfast standard is very low, just like 3 star hotels. I believe it is a budget hotel for short stays, but the front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. I gave them 10 star. Need to improve on the food quality and serving.Good place for people who love peaceful environments.

Hotel is a short drive away from woodlands customs & all the popular shopping malls. Would recommend the swimming pool view for a more green scenery

Place was big, spacious and clean! Aircon was superb too. Only downside is that it’s a little hard to find as there are 2 rooms side by side and it wasn’t very obvious which was mine.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm . Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road
