Nice time staying here! The hosts were so nice, they took a really good care of all the guests. They also have a lock for your locker, so you don’t need to bring yours. Plus, the decorations and environment are awesome. They have a fish tank and cats there. I really recommend this place for solo travelers!

We have been here so many times, and always have great impression except this. The hotel is getting older, more busy, so much of the cleanliness is neglected. So much stain on the sofa & 2 parts of the carpet which we called to informed immediately after check-in, the aircon was down too, wonder if they service or clean, oil needed to be added to slowly work. Didnt allow to change room due to no vacancy for similar type we paid for, asked us to downgrade to another cheaper room which we werent keen, said will help us next day but didnt do anything. Obtained blanket to cover stain, carpet stains were still there as promised to deliver mats but didnt.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as good as the first time—consistent service and a comfortable experience all around. This time, I checked out the gym and was pleasantly surprised! It’s well-equipped with free weights, a cable machine, treadmill, and more—great for anyone looking to squeeze in a workout during their stay. Will definitely come back again.

It was a pleasant stay, highly recommended. I will definitely come back again . Loving the spacious apartment.Just keep up with the service and maintenance.
The only downside were the toilet as there’s no door to it. It would be recommended to have a door in between the toilet and bathtub so the customers has a peaceful time doing their nature calls. I feel the bed length abit shorter since i’m tall and usually king bed are big and long but not for this stay.Thanks

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

Place was in a decent location and staff were friendly. However, the towels had a strong stench of dampness that we discovered only when it’s too late. Still a value for money stay though.

Location very strategic and near with JB CIQ centre. Can walk around 5 minutes. Staff very friendly. We asked them if we can put our luggage even after we have check out, they said can. Very helpful! Also the space of room is so spacious for two people.

Very good location and very close to the mall and checkpoints. I booked a private single room inside have two beds. The beds not so clean gad a few hairs, and some of the rooms are long-term residence, the environment like dorm. No toilet paper provided in the toilet.

Booked for a 2 bedrooms suite from 28/4 to 30/4/25 with a family of 4 and was served by Mr Saravanan. He has a very positive attitude and is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He allocated a high floor for us. The room was very clean and spacious. We are very happy to have a scenic view. In fact, most of the staff was courteous and helpful, ranging from security to the housekeeper. Even the security lended a helping to my handicapped member. It was my second stay in this hotel. Location wise was good. Haidilao steamboat was at Ground flr of this hotel. Komtar mall, City Square Mall was just the opposite. Lots of eateries around. Worthwhile to stay. I would give them 5 stars.
