Location wise, very convenient. The staff was very polite, especially the technician who helped us with the laundry machine! The gym facility included free weights/ bench which I highly appreciate! The rooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff was very quick with their jobs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (3 nights), highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. 1. Excellent Location: The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation. I especially loved the lobby's decor; it felt just like home. 2. Warm Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in quick and efficient. Every time I encountered an employee, they greeted me warmly. The owners are very kind and made us feel right at home. 3. Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent, completely free from outside disturbances. The towels and bathrobes were soft and fluffy, and the quality of the toiletries was also very good. 4. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast menu varied daily, featuring freshly cooked noodles with a delicious, flavorful broth. Starting each day with a bowl of these noodles really energized me.

The soundproofing effect of the room was very good. We couldn't even get up in the morning. We wanted to order takeout at 11:30, so we called the front desk. The front desk told us that breakfast would not end until 12 o'clock. Then we went to the restaurant to have breakfast. There were many kinds of breakfast. Rich and satisfying. This breakfast is perfect for those of us who stay up late. I must recommend it.

Last night I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Kaili. I felt that the hotel was first-class in terms of both hardware facilities and soft services. The hotel building and lobby are very grand, the rooms are also large, and the decoration is quite exquisite. The room lights are bright, and the bedding is very neat. The waiter specifically asked if there were any special requirements for the room, and finally arranged a non-smoking room. Because there was no trouble with smoke and other odors, my wife and I slept well at night. It is worth emphasizing that the hotel breakfast is very rich, with so many varieties that it is impossible to eat it all, and they are all very delicate; the hotel has a lot of parking spaces, and parking can be parked in the ground and underground garages, which is convenient for self-driving tourists to stay.

I went out for eight days this time, and stayed in Atour for four nights. The rest was because there was no Atour. Do you understand? Under the same decoration level and accommodation budget, Atour's service is very good. I will only stay in Atour in the future. I said it. This time I rode a motorcycle. In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of luggage when leaving the hotel, I parked in a corner where motorcycles are prohibited. I saw it when I was leaving. Not only did they not disturb me in any way, but they put a cone bucket behind my car. This time I didn't stay in a king-size bed room with such high specifications as the previous few nights, but when I asked why there was no drip coffee, I still got two bags of drip coffee. There are many other things, good👍🏻.

It was my first time staying at the hotel. The front desk customer service lady Fan was warm and friendly. I checked in very late at the hotel, and the front desk also upgraded the room type for free. The room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and the room was large, which made the first stop of this trip very comfortable. I will choose to stay again next time I come to Kaili.

The friendly security guard even went above and beyond, offering us water and well wishes. As a thoughtful gesture, we were even given a bottle of sour soup base upon check-out. I won't waste words on excessive praise; I just want to affirm that all the positive reviews for this place are truly authentic, not fabricated. While the hotel isn't brand new, its building isn't particularly tall, its exterior isn't as opulent as a luxury hotel, and the parking lot isn't huge, it truly delivers on aspects that other hotels often lack or haven't even considered. The interior facilities, amenities, and meticulous attention to detail were a huge plus. It frankly outperforms many star-rated hotels. In an era filled with luxury hotels boasting lavish decor and big brands, this hotel's consistent philosophy has always been about 'personal warmth' – treating guests like family, just as the owner treats the employees like family.

This hotel has a good value for money, is easy to find, and has a good location, close to China World Trade Center and Zhongbo Plaza. It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the sound insulation was good. Satisfactory hygiene. The front desk service was very good. They were able to arrange a room for me even when I checked in at around 8am, and they also met my need for a non-smoking room.

Generally speaking, it's OK, mainly because the environment is good and quiet in a busy city, but the service is really average. There are several questions and suggestions: 1. Although the breakfast is arranged in a nine-square grid, it looks good in photos and the noodles are delicious, but the breakfast is exactly the same every day, which is a bit ordinary and has no novelty; 2. It is not convenient to have only one trash can in such a large space of the family room, and there is no full-length mirror. The air conditioner is a bit loud; 3. The main problem is the service. The room we booked included a pick-up service. Because the high-speed train was at 9:00 the next morning, we asked the waiter one day in advance to help book a car for 8:40. When we had breakfast at 8:30, we also reminded the front desk waiter that we were leaving at 8:45 and asked for help to book a car. As a result, we were leaving at 8:45 and the car would not arrive for another 10 minutes... The waiter was not in a hurry. Later, we took a taxi and it arrived in three or four minutes... It was really speechless... It almost delayed things.
