A wonderful place to visit! The kids had a great time in the ball pit and kids’ room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

看了好多攻略才來的，非常完美的一次入住體驗，酒店小童設施非常齊全，每個打卡點都很出片,工作人員彭孝紅也十分貼心介紹了當地美食煲仔飯，赤坎豆腐角價格實惠且美味，停車場也超大很方便！

看了很久最後還是決定這一家酒店
看着大眾點評評論好像還不錯
個人覺得酒店環境、衞生、位置都沒有問題就是服務太差了，到了前台開房向前台諮詢問題基本都是叫你自己掃碼查看問前台哪裡有煙花：你掃二維碼查看再問前台幾點呀：你掃二維碼查看
完全不負責任的回答。。我知道都懶得問你了剛好指甲斷了問前台能幫我找個指甲鉗有嗎？前台： 你等下上樓遇到阿姨找阿姨拿。。敷衍了事那我上樓沒遇到阿姨那咋辦？還不是 得 找前台？然後我提前預留好的床圍也沒有。。。。還有重要的一個問題阿姨送東西到房間敲了一下門就直接拿房卡自己開房間門進來了，嚇了一跳！!!!第一次遇到這樣子的。
友情提醒大家入住記得不能光身子還有洗澡記得關門還有特別不能在房間亂來哦，等下阿姨就看着你**做的事的的的的的田
還有房間中間插座是凸起來的蓋着地毯看不出來大家注意了，拌摔了好幾次。
