真的太讚了!一進門就被它優雅的環境所吸引。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，衞生狀況無可挑剔。各種設施都很新，使用起來非常方便。酒店工作人員超級貼心，無論是入住還是退房手續都辦理得高效快捷。餐飲方面，不管是正餐還是點心都精緻美味。住在這裏，讓人感覺格外放鬆愜意，強烈推薦!

前台客服表現理想，對答清楚及有禮貌，唯一是電視接收及wi-fi不穩定，我一直都未能設定房間的wi-fi 只能用到隔離房的wi-fi訊號，另外如浴室的位置因沒有沐浴企缸分離的玻璃門，洗澡時很多水流出洗面盆外的地台，因地下的擋水線也很低。希望可以改善，但整體還是滿意的！

過年期間前往入住。衞生一般吧。很多角落或和桌子都讓人不太敢碰。（本人有點潔癖）
洗澡水要等很久才熱起來 而且水温不穩定一下熱死一下燙死。
總體一般吧，而且因為冬天 如果空調温度太高變成暖風就吹出來一股酸臭味 調太低又非常冷實在受不了。打開窗户睡又非常吵 真的非常折磨

這是我在攜程訂酒店以來訂過最差的一間酒店，首先房間是可吸煙房，前面住户可能吸了煙，味道不散，對於我們不吸煙的人來説是折磨，間接忍受了一晚上的二手煙，然後洗手間是沒有提供廁紙的，衞生環境也不好，而且洗手間的窗户正對着一棟樓，密密麻麻的窗户，當時進去洗手間沒留意，上完才發現窗户沒關全，也不知道有沒有被對面樓的人看到🥲前台是三個非常不專業的年青人，服務態度很差，反正以後都不會再訂這裏。
