Wonderful family run hotel with amazing staff especially stergos at reception We had our wedding in the Marrakech oasis and the staff the food and drinks were absolutely amazing Nothing is too much for these guy's there always on hand to help. The hotel itself is quite large with 4 swimming pools and plenty of places to eat lunch like the burger bar or the pizza station The gyros are lovely too. Drinks are on tap so help yourself to whatever you want. Dinner in the main restaurant has different themed food nights and there's lot's of variety to choose from. The water park is an added bonus for children and us adults and there is plenty of comfortable sunbeds loungers to relax on. I highly recommend this hotel for family visits or a romantic break.

For a couple in mid 20s I would not recommend. The food is very nice & options are solid. Breakfast to dinner all great and the snack section areas are of decent quality. We had a private room with our own pool & sunbed which we have enjoyed. The adults only section was also pretty and tranquil. The main pools are of good standard too however the walls in our room are as thin as A4 paper, I can hear next doors conversations word for word. The entertainment is not the best and a bit dated. Some activities cost extra too e.g. Bingo. Swimming pool activities are the same everyday just water polo. Drink options available are nice but pretty limited, they are 4 cocktails and unbranded spirits and beer. Wine options also just red and white wine no rose available and pink gin etc (available at a cost) Staff seem quite impatient particularly at reception. Location is also very remote they’re are accessible ways to get to Faliraki main town for free and Rhodes for €8 return. Overall the experience was good but only because of the private pool & sunbeds. I fear without these the experience would’ve been below par.

We returned here for a 3rd holiday and were very impressed by the renovations recently done to the hotel. The entire grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with an excellent choice of pools that should suit all requirements and preferences. The food was good imho, with 2 restaurants available. The main one serves breakfast, lunch and evening meals and, altho we've stayed in other hotels with more variety, this had enough for even those with special dietary requirements to find something suitable to eat. However, sometimes not all dishes were labelled, which can cause confusion. There is also 2nd restaurant by the central family pools area, open from 11am to 5pm, that serves pizzas and garlic bread, and an assortment of burgers/ hot dogs/ gyros/ chips etc, which were all delicious. Also self served ice creams. Good choice of soft drinks, juices, local wines and beers, coffees etc. A choice of 4 all inclusive cocktails (our favourite became the 'San Francisco'). The evening entertainment, which we admittedly only went to a couple of times, looked great fun, with a dance group and very good animation team (in fact, a vast improvement on the last time we holidayed here!). However, due to room shortages and overbooking, we were allocated a villa some distance up a hill from the hotel grounds. The villa was nice, but we'd have much preferred to stay within the hotel grounds. We managed, but anyone with with worse health or mobility issues would have struggled to get to/from the hotel in the Greek heat. Only one bathroom to share between 4, which caused issues! As a consequence this spoiled this holiday experience for us.

The area is great but please for the love of god DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL! Firstly, at check in we got given the keys to our room at reception. Two different receptionists were checking me and my partner in. The man said and I quote “the whole space is yours”. Thought it was weird as we just booked a superior room not a building? Anyway, we got to the room and it was a room with a private pool. Obviously we were landed and went straight in. We just assumed we had an upgrade because they were quiet🤷‍♀️We made the most of it anyway our first day/night. The next morning we went out for a walk, arriving back to the room about 1:30 in the afternoon. The room telephone was ringing and it was a lady from reception. The way she spoke to me on the phone was so rude. I have never been spoken to in a manner/attitude like that before in my life. I am a hotel/restaurant manager in the UK, and I would be devastated if one of my staff treated guests the way Anastasia did. She was convinced that the two receptionist must have told us that we were only in that room for 1 night and that we had to leave that room by 11am and go into a different room. She was calling me and my partner liars, when we generally had no idea what we were doing in that room in the first place. We thought it was a gesture of good will, DONT EVER THINK THIS WITH THIS HOTEL. The woman spoke to us disgustingly telling us we need to hurry with packing our stuff and getting into the other room. Once again we had no idea what was going on. Anastasia finally told us that we got checked into a room with a pool, for one night, because our superior rooms Aircon wasn’t working? Someone had clearly made a mistake and she made up an excuse. She was constantly making gestures with her hands, like a “hurry” gesture. She would walk away from me when I was asking her a question and would hold her finger up to me when I wanted to ask her what was going on. She just kept saying check out of that room and calling us liars. Secondly, access to the rooms are with a key. If you are anything like me and my partner who like a key each, please don’t ask reception for a second key because, once again, you will be greeted with attitude and a huff. “We don’t do spare keys, take this, and bring it back”. This key they gave my partner didn’t have an electric fob to make the rooms lights work. What hotel doesn’t do a second key?! It’s a 4 star hotel? Why not? Thirdly, housekeeping comes when they feel like it. We like housekeeping to come everyday, once again, 4 star hotel so guests pay good money, so it’s nice to have a made bed and fresh towels. Think again, 5 days we have been here now and they didn’t fancy coming today, can’t think how much worse it’s going to get🫠 Taking account my first issue with the other room, we have been in two different rooms/room types. Both rooms had ants everywhere, whatever you DO NOT leave food anywhere in your room, you will have hundreds of ants. Both room doors a

Spent a week at Venezia resort and cannot fault the hotel or staff. From the reception teams, maintenance staff and lifeguards, a particularly big shout out to Jonny who was extremely friendly, funny and very attentive to all the young children around the pool! All members of staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool areas were always kept clean and tidy, as well the restaurants/buffet areas. There's a great selection of food for everyone with daily food themes which is lovely if you are wanting to try new foods. Close to the local beach, supermarkets and easy to travel to different locations on the island. The hotel also has a small 24 hour shop that has all the essentials if you need something at a moments notice. Overall was a lovely experience and would 100% come back 😁
