This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Book this hotel. Me and my girlfriend had the best experience and can’t wait to return next year. The staff across the hotel was amazing and the experience they gave us what unforgettable, from the cleaners to the restaraunt staff and entertainment it was all well ran. Big thanks to rafael on the pool bar who gave me and my girlfriend a great experience. He would have chats with us and knew what drinks we would want before ordering which we thought was a great touch. Can’t wait to return next year, don’t hesitate book this hotel it’s amazing. An amazing hotel, with fantastic all Inclusive food, drinks and setting. Sometimes AI food is mediocre and a bit repetitive, but not so here. Great Head Chef and amazing a la carte restaurants and options. Drinks offer again great with premium cocktails and nice bars. The one thing that this hotel excels at is customer service, a warm atmosphere and welcoming and gracious staff. From Maria and Costas in the main buffet, Thanos, Toto and George in drinks and cocktails, and Elani and her team in front reception, they couldn’t do enough for us. I never right reviews but the entire team at the hotel deserve all the praise they get. They are first class.

We have just returned to this hotel after our first visit 18 months ago. We were very excited but we will never return. Negatives We experienced food poisoning on our final day. The staff refused to accept and said it was likely a sickness bug, despite all symptoms matching food poisoning. Staff shouted at me and refused to allow me to make a complaint unless I paid €150 for the doctor. I am a young person who does not have that money, so I think they exploded my vulnerability unfairly. We were disappointed that the entertainment staff go around the beech and pool daily and force guests to leave a 5 start review mentioning their names. The staff member said they get a bonus for this as wouldn't leave us alone until we did. I would not believe some of the reviews, especially if they mention staff by name. As we were returning guests, we were given a complimentary room upgrade and allowed to use the executive lounge for breakfast. We attended on a few occasions to find there wasn't anyone there. One evening we attended dinner in the main dinning room and were told the adult only area was full and that we needed to eat with the families. I walked into the adults only area and saw empty tables. I asked to move and was told no as there was no space. Meanwhile other guests were walked through by a different staff member. Any space by the pool is gone by 8am, so it's very difficult to enjoy the facilities. Often many long queues at bars, as staff members are on their own, which is not their fault. Such a shame to leave a poor review. We were hoping for many happy holidays in this hotel, but the quality simply isn't there anymore.

We spent 10 here in Amanda We were very glad to meet Raul, an excellent entertainer, always helpful and friendly. Entertainment in general is great. Especially the evening one with MJ show.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in , food was amazing with great choices, the separate restaurants in the hotel which you can book are also amazing , staff are great and hotel is very clean , our room got cleaned daily and fresh pool towels also daily . Lots for kids to do and also the adults only pool was great , with Thanos serving you whatever you wanted . In the evening there was entertainment for everyone and again in the adult only bar it was table service and the staff here were also brilliant. I wouldn’t normally go back to the same hotel but I would come back here in a heartbeat. Loved it !
