this is our second time here. The most beautiful hotel, incredibly clean. Everyone is kind and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and the young lady at the reception! If we come to Rhodes again, we will definitely book here! I can only recommend it.

I would not recommend this hotel and probably best staying at the 5 star hotel next door, which from the conversations we had with the guests staying there trumped this hotel. Not sure who rated this hotel but they need to come out and re-evaluate as not sure how they can rate this as a 4 star. Rooms were very basic and cold aircon/heating system very dated and just blew out cold air even when thermostat was turned up, room didn't have a smart tv and was a satellite tv, no complimentary toiletries were provided in the bathroom (you would think this was standard for a 4 star hotel). They wanted to charge us for use of the iron (never had this in any 4 star hotel I've stayed in) the safe in my mums room was locked so called down to reception to see if it could be unlocked so she could use it and was told that there was a charge to use the safe, bearing in mind the safe in mine and my sisters room was unlocked allowing us to reset the code and use it.... Because the rooms were so cold, my mum asked for extra blankets and was told they didn't have any (this made no sense to me, seeing as you're a hotel that has over 200 rooms). Wifi was only free in the reception/lobby areas we're in 2025 what hotels are still charging their guests for wifi I can go down the road to any cafe and get free wifi...do better! Reception staff were hopeless when it came to asking for restaurant recommendations and had none to give so we just used Google, as a person with dietary requirements when asking the hotel restaurant staff what was in certain dishes as alot of them weren't labelled 9/10 of the responses was they didn't know (this is a big problem) food was very much the same every day and lukewarm if not cold. Realised into the trip that guests who were in a swim up room received free wifi and had smart tvs what makes them special? "All that is gold does not glitter"
