We had a great time trying out new things and stepping out of our comfort zones. The food at the resort was simply outstanding. The variety and quality of the dishes were exceptional. It’s located right under the Ganeshguri flyover which is a busy crossroad connecting other parts of Guwahati however hotel Ambarish is very quiet. It’s an old hotel but enough for short stay. City centre is just at walkable distance and state zoo is also not far. Ideal for family as well.

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.
