房間很漂亮，很乾凈，地暖也是槓槓的。室內有一個大池子，孩子很喜歡，泡在裏面不想出來了。可惜沒吃到早飯，座牌上寫的8點早餐，結果下樓去一個人都沒有，給老闆説9點才供應，我們衹有吃點乾糧就出發了，有。

在康定住過體驗感最差的民宿！！！在訂酒店之後我提前跟老闆通電話確認是否有地暖，老闆肯定的答覆了有地暖。在我到達酒店後再次向前台詢問是否有地暖，前台支支吾吾説不清楚，當時剛好因為早餐的問題前台和老闆在通電話，老闆在電話裏再次肯定回覆有地暖。但凡冬天到川西玩過的人都知道地暖的重要性，結果到了房間後開了所謂的“地暖”一整晚的温度都沒有上升過，並且也沒有空調。整個房間非常非常冷，也衹有一床不厚的被子，本來想着有電熱毯湊和睡吧，結果開電熱毯睡覺衹有後背有點暖，後面我想打電話叫前台再送一床被子，結果根本就沒有人接電話前台也沒有人。所以一整晚都沒有睡好，早早的起床就走了，早上到前台也沒有人，真是服了。沒有地暖就直接告知好嗎，沒必要這樣瞞騙客人！！！！！

設施：老化嚴重牆皮有好多處這樣，馬桶漏水！洗手枱也漏水差點摔倒真的沒法住！
衞生：一般般居然連毛巾都沒有給前台打電話沒人接聽，朋友房間半夜4.30有人敲門後面告訴我送外賣走錯了。
環境：一般般地暖就是個擺設開了一晚上還是17度根本熱不起來
服務：前台服務態度很差！唯一沒有槽點的地方就是吃早餐的時候阿姨真的很貼心的給打包叫我們吃飯

酒店的位置很安靜，環境可以～主要小哥哥人很好，辦理入住的時候我女兒就很喜歡小哥哥，很温柔！我們晚上冷又給拿來了烤火的～
總之 位置雖然在郊區 但是環境和服務還是很不錯的，如果不是非得住城區 我覺得這裡是不錯的推薦。

酒店停車方便，有充電樁。房間也有全屋地暖和空調，晚上也完全不冷。前台的藏族小哥特別熱情，從入住前到退房後一直都提供着高水準的服務。

性價比超高的酒店，屋子裝修風格簡約温馨，符合年輕人審美，落地窗外就是山，看着心情特別舒暢，房間的吊椅很出片！另外超級感謝前台小姐姐，因為我早上出門爬山，中午回來的比較晚，所以還讓我稍微延遲了一點退房。
地理位置方面，酒店外無商業街，離老城（溜溜城一片）車程二十分鐘左右。但如果想去野馬海子的話，住在這裏很方便，開車到雪門坎衹要半小時（從山上下來，開車多開一分鐘都是折磨😭）
唯一的遺憾就是温泉沒有開放嗚嗚嗚，不敢想象晚上泡着温泉看星空有多美好
