The service is very good and the environment is great. The housekeeper and all the staff are very patient and enthusiastic. The dinner and breakfast are delicious. It is very pet-friendly~

We were a group of 6 people. The hotel front desk was very considerate and arranged a nearby room~ It was equivalent to a floating three-story wooden house~ It really matched the service of a high-end hotel Every one of the front desk and restaurant service staff was warm and considerate The luggage was carried up and down, and the scenic spot recommendation was thoughtful On the first day, 5 of the six friends had altitude sickness. Unfortunately, there was no oxygen concentrator, only diffuse oxygen supply, which was not very friendly to the friends who came to the plateau for the first time. In the end, we could only rent the Mira oxygen concentrator at the front desk~ We directly booked three. The service staff directly brought it back to the room to help turn on the machine and connect the oxygen tube Before leaving, we didn’t even help once I will come again next time

It was snowing when we arrived, and it was very cold outside. The room was warm and clean, and the waiters were very friendly. The set menu of the hotel restaurant was amazing, and there was no need to go out to town to find food. It was worth a try.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The room was not only clean and tidy, but also equipped with floor heating, which made people feel very comfortable in cold weather. The hotel's service was also very considerate and meticulous. The staff took the initiative to care about my condition. After knowing that I had a mild altitude sickness, they specially provided glucose supplements, which made me feel well cared for. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Very good, pet-friendly hotel. There is an Alaskan and a Pomeranian in the next room. They stared at our dog from a distance for an entire afternoon. It was hilarious. We also met two cute dogs along the river in the hotel. Our Samoyed became good friends with them. The hotel service is very good, especially the lady at the coffee bar, who is beautiful and has a good attitude! !
