首選這個民宿的地裏位置很好 離康定汽車老站很近一百米距離，離情歌廣場走路十分鐘不到。民宿很安靜 安逸，像家裡的裝修很温馨。老闆娘是個大姐 ，人非常非常非常熱情，會告訴你怎麼玩 怎麼吃，還會贈送個別當地的水果。房間乾淨衞生 每天都有人員打掃清理。一客一換。性價比很高可能現在是淡季原因價格比較底。如果出門在外隊住宿不講究的建議來這家民宿。

環境很嘈雜，12點鐘有陌生男人在走廊裏吹口哨，大聲説話。一大早45點鐘也是，隔音真的一塌糊塗，這個價格也住過別的青旅，但沒有體驗這麼糟糕的。
