Kangding Yuling Snow Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none 1. I called the hotel more than ten times at 20:00 in the evening but no one answered. I drove on National Highway 318 to Kangding while calling. I ended up calling the hotel front desk. There was a big piece of paper posted at the front desk saying "Please call Xx XXX if you have any questions"; 2. After I got through the phone, I called the front desk, who said they were celebrating the New Year and checked me in unhappily. I asked about breakfast, but they said it was on the second floor, and they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have breakfast. 3. The service attitude was extremely poor. I said that my father and I didn't have dinner at night and wanted to eat something in the hotel restaurant. They directly told me to go find them myself. I don't know whether they will accept me or not. The service attitude was very poor during the whole process. I guess my visit affected their reunion dinner. 4. The hotel didn't open breakfast and didn't tell me. You know, I booked it after seeing the beef noodles for breakfast on Ctrip were good, but when breakfast was delivered the next morning, the plates were all cold. 5. I told the hotel the car number, but they refused to enter it. The car couldn't leave the next day. I was in a lot of trouble. 6. This kind of yak 🦬 hotel experience is too bad, the price is too bad, it is not true to write it as a rating

I'm the leek who spent 760 yuan to get a double room with a view. The hotel conditions are about the level of 500 yuan. The view is just a small handful of snow that has completely melted on the peaks of the snow-capped mountains... It's totally not worth the price of 400 or 500 yuan. The room is large, clean, and convenient for parking. There is a fruit plate. The guy at the front desk also recommended local specialties. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, the stay experience is satisfactory.
