I booked three rooms, one of which was labeled a king-size bed, but the bed was only 1.5 meters long. The room was too small, the furniture was against the wall, and the hallway was very narrow. The Bodhiya Village where we stayed was simply perfect. Needless to say, the location is on the second row at the intersection of the main road, with convenient transportation and silence at night. Facing the Tagong Grassland Scenic Area, there are snow-capped mountains outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery is superb. What changed my impression of hotels in western Sichuan was the hotel's hardware. The decoration and configuration are no less than those of new high-end hotels in the Yangtze River Delta. The design is modern, the space is spacious, the software is smart, and the restaurant is also comfortable. We had dinner here twice, and the price-performance ratio beats all the restaurants in the town. In addition, the hotel service is very good. The beautiful housekeeper Koko is enthusiastic and generous. She always responds to my requests. She even made tsampa for me in the morning. Old friends have always asked to stay at this hotel on the return trip. Note: the price-performance ratio is unparalleled in the off-season.

The room I have set has a bathtub, a projection, and a feeding dinner is also very delicious. It is simple and warm. The breakfast the next day, we didn’t drink porridge, but fortunately there are some other snacks to eat. The most wanted to complain about it was that we parked on the first floor of the car. When we left the store the next day, we encountered heavy snow. The snow covered the entire ground. The car in our front car was skidding because of the snow wheels. I couldn’t get up the road and blocked my car. Behind, we helped us for a long time. During this period, I called the innkeeper and asked them to help shovel snow. As a result, the boss said that he had to come back later to help shovel snow. This was really... It made me difficult to say a word. Fortunately, the car went on the road with the help of my husband, and we officially left, otherwise............

GGuest UserThis was a great friendly hostel with a really helpful and warm owner. It’s right by the bus station down by the river and has an absolutely beautiful view in the valley right outside. The common area is cool (all glass so very bright) and really nicely furnished, and sometimes they will light a fire in the evening to make it cosy. The room was really comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping at all. The owner also helped me find interesting things to do in the area and even helped me find a solution when the bus I wanted to take was fully booked. I’d really recommend staying here. It’s also a fast walk to the centre of town and easy to get to the temples etc, I’d say it’s the best location because you can easily get to other places with the bus station so near by as well.

PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious.
Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them.
The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

882hunsamaThe room was genuinely spacious, and the double bed was impressively large – a great choice for those who appreciate ample space. The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support.
Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves.
The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in.
The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided.
Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours.
Free and ample parking was available.

The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!

This is one of the most cost-effective hotels in Kangding city. Located in a bustling area of the city, opposite the famous Love Song Square, the hotel is close to Liuliu City, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, playing and shopping. The room is large, clean, tidy and sanitary, with complete facilities, plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bath. The breakfast can basically meet the needs of friends from all regions, and there are also special ******* meals😃. The service attitude of the staff is very good👌🏻, especially the front desk staff Xiao Xiao and Xiao Gao, who left us a very good impression🤙🤙🤙. Free parking (but parking spaces are limited, so you need to contact the hotel in advance).
